Power of the Almond — Restaurant in Starkville

I love POA! I had given up on having delicious sugar free coffee options since Starbucks cut back to only having sugar free vanilla, and i had no idea that POA would have me covered! The coffee options are to die for and you would never know they are sugar free! 10/10

If you were a chicken salad chick lover before they closed, I’ve got news for you! POA has several chicken salad options (my favorite is the Chef Chavez 🤤) and they come in several serving size containers in their “to go” refrigerator! Amazing options for that chicken salad fix!

Lastly and certainly not least, i went in two weeks ago and got a banana pound cake/cheese cake shooter from their glass case and i honestly wanted to cry because it was so good! I have been strict dieting for a while and that little shooter made my week!! I couldn’t believe how good the texture and flavor was! PHENOMENAL! It was so good i went back a week later just to get another one! I couldn’t stop thinking about it!

Do yourself a favor and give this place a try! Don’t let the gluten free, keto, sugar free label stop you from trying something new, because this place is amazing and when you try it you will be so shocked at how good, good for you can taste!...

Kirk and his team went above and beyond to make sure I had a keto cake for my pre-diabetic friend's bday. He had shipped us one already, but it was going to be late due to a holiday, and he promptly sent us another one, overnight, at no extra cost. I told him I would pay for the cake since he covered the shipping. He has shown us great customer service and we met him halfway to help out. Since then, we have chosen to continue our subscription and try one of his delicious recipes every month. We do have good bakeries here in Las Vegas, NV, but we enjoyed doing business with Kirk. Great folks, great pound cakes! And it also feels great to support a small business with such exceptional customer support. Thank you Kirk and team! Looking forward to trying a new pound...
