The Border Stop — Restaurant in Stateline

After reading the reviews we decided to give it a try. Now we weren't so sure about it when we pulled up to the store the restaurant is actually upstairs the entrances off to the side , we were thinking this can't be so great so we went upstairs to try it anyway .. It's actually quite large upstairs with 3 different rooms to sit in you could host a large party...One person in our party ordered a salad and we order other things off the menu not knowing what to expect the food came ,Long story short the food was excellent the service was excellent I highly recommend ,Border Stop we really enjoyed ourselves .We will be back again. Oh ya, you have to try their hot...

Have you ever had one of those meals that you doing "OMG, this is good" every other bit? Yea, that's this place. Since I do not remember having Bulgarian food before, I wanted to get the most authentic meal as possible, The Classic, Bulgarian Street Food! WOW, it was so good I came home and already made plans with three other groups to go back with! Since all the parking in the front of the "Smoke Shop" say's for the smoke shop only, head over to the left side of the building, you will see stairs heading up to the second floor, this is the place!! Absolutely a restaurant you will keep in your rotation...

Best crepes ever! We went for Sunday brunch and had a wonderful experience. My husband ordered the Balkan crepe and I had the Crunchy Banana crepe, and we split them so we could each try both. Wow! So tasty! Our kids really liked their food, as well, and we all appreciated the excellent and attentive service. We are looking forward to going back to see Dimitar and Heather and trying more of the Bulgarian-inspired...
