Every time I’ve gone to the Statesboro location which was at least 5 different occasions they are out of something that’s very popular like chicken, the vinaigrette dressing, the sautéed peppers and today STEAK. A couple in front of me wanted steak and the young lady behind the counter said they were out. So the couple walked out. About 2 minutes later a cook from the back leaned into the counter and saw there was no steak and said I’ll make some steak. Why didn’t the young lady tell the couple that they still had steak but it would just take a few minutes to make some fresh? Or why didn’t the young lady working the food line tell the cook she was out so he could’ve already had it making? Another problem is it’s always dirty. The table’s usually have food, cups or something on the tables that someone has obviously sat at but no one came behind them and just wiped it down. The drink station is usually a mess as well. Top cups, straw papers and napkins strewed all over the counter and sticky soda or tea spilled. Why is today’s generation so lazy and won’t do their jobs they get paid to do? I love Chipotles menu and usually I go to the Pooler GA location so when I go to the Statesboro location and see how dirty it is, half the menu available and not friendly employees it makes for a 2...
Read moreWent Sunday, November 7th, around 8:30 and had the worst experience at any chipotle ever and I have been to quite a few. Usually one of my favorite places to eat when I’m near one. First off, the guy wasn’t even listening to me tell him my order. Just kept asking me what I said. Told him I wanted brown rice and he said they did not have any. I got white rice which wasn’t even good. I literally step down to the next area with cheese and stuff and he pulls out a big thing of brown rice. I stand there looking at him saying I could’ve waited for it to be ready and he just continued to be rude. They preceded to tell me that guacamole was a seasonal item which it never has been anywhere else. The food didn’t taste good at all and had other toppings in it that I didn’t even ask for. Until they can get some better staff, even though it’s their first week, I will not be back....
Read moreBad vibes all around. Younger workers trying to do their jobs but inadequately trained, kept having to ask the old guy who appeared to be the owner or manager what to do. He was very rude to them and we felt sorry for the workers. When he rang us up he was very rude as to us too. On top of that my son got the 2 taco kids meal and got one chicken and one beef. The man charged us over $5 for the substitution, making a $5 kids meal over $10. Very ugly when I asked about it. I would have put up a fight for this charge, however, we had just picked our other son up from college and didn’t want to let his actions get me worked up. We will never return to this location. The people at Moe’s down the road are friendly and that’s where we’ll be next time. Also saw their health dpt score is was in 60s or low 70s… hung by...
