Cowboy's Pub and Grub — Restaurant in Statesboro

I visited here on a whim, middle of the day, as there are not a great deal of restaurants to go to on foot in this section of town. That may have been what I did wrong, as the elderly man with the ball cap was rather curt with me. The place had maybe one other patron there at the time, but I got the feeling I was really putting this guy off. I was told to seat myself. The person who took my order was very nice (this is why I gave the place any stars at all). I waited about 20 minutes for my food, which was served to me in styrofoam containers in a bag by the elderly man, who then quickly walked away. As it was all wrapped up, my partner and I assumed this was his way of saying "get out." The burgers were okay, but if you know how to work a grill, you may be better...

It's a bit better than ok but it really depends on what night you go...i don't feel it's deserving of a cover charge to get in but so be it it's not like the drinks are cheap so paying a cover i feel really takes away from what I'd spend inside. It's Statesboro so you get what you get.. The town itself gets a 3 in my opinion as far as night...
