Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Statesboro

I went there for the 1st time today. I was very disappointed and nauseous by the time I left. A girl started making our sub, which I am guessing was the shift manager, and she walked away to answer her phone. She proceeded to yell at the person on the phone where everyone could hear her. While she was yelling on the phone, the kid on the register, in gloves handling money, walked over and started making my sub with the same gloves on. Then, after that, he starts mopping up the water leaking all over the dining room from the men's bathroom with the same gloves and never changed them when he walked away. The meat and cheese are not wrapped and are thrown on the same tray in the cooler. Everything is sliced on the same filthy slicer and made on the same filthy counter...no paper laid down under the bread. This is all cross contamination and the possibilities of food poisoning are high. I hope the health inspectors read this and visit. Btw, shouldn't the store have been closed if the toilets were overflowing into the dining room...

I was in the store today and witnessed the young lady making sandwiches and just sitting them to the side. Not only that but she was laying the order paper ON TOP of the bread. Very unsanitary. The order was torn off from the printer and laid on the counter. She then took the bread, cut it open, laid one piece to the side, picked up the order paper and laid it on on the bread as she was putting the meat and toppings on the other piece of bread. When she was finished making the sandwich, she picked the receipt up off the bread and laid it back on the counter. When it was my turn at the register, I mentioned it to her and she nonchalantly said “oh, I wasn’t paying attention, I didn’t realize I did that”.

After witnessing this, I will never do call-in or online ordering again. IF I choose to visit your restaurant again, it will definitely be where I can watch my...

It was fairly busy today. I waited in line patiently for my turn to order. I placed my order for 2 grilled items. It was written down and then placed on top of the meat/ cheese fridge and forgotten. 9 orders were taken after mine and made. I went and asked the girl if she was going to start my order anytime soon, since I had placed my order before the 9 people in line after me, that had already recieved their food. She very rudely told me she'd get to it. Finally when my order was ready, she slammed it on the counter and walked off. I frequent J.M. weekly and have never been treated so rudely. I'm normally a very patient, understanding person, having worked in the food industry but there was absolutely no excuse for...
