Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Statesville

Love the food but this is the worst service I have ever had. I went through the drive thru Thursday night waited 9 minutes for the woman to come over the speaker to take my order and when she can over speaker she said “ take a minute to look at our menu I’ll be right with you” keep in mind they weren’t busy at all! When I got there there was 2 cars in drive thru plus me and one had already ordered. There was like 4 cars in parking lot. So anyways after she finally took my order After 10 more minutes of waiting i was really ticked off because you could hear them cutting up laughing doing everything but taking care of customers! So I pulled around and waited for 25 minutes and the car in front of me was getting very impatient as well because they were sitting at the window waiting on their food as well. The car behind me left and SO DID I!! Went to cookout right across the street they were really busy and I was through the drive thru in less than 10 Min. So Friday for supper my fiancé wanted to eat at zaxbys so I was like hey I’ll give it another shot walk in at 10:25 and the woman at the front asked if it was dine in or carry out. I told her dine in. She insisted the we do carry out because they close in 35 minutes and she didn’t want us keeping her there any longer than 11:00 pm.. well for starters if they could get our food to us in a reasonable time we could be in and out and 2nd that was very rude of her to tell us that because the restaurant is open for 35 more minutes! She didn’t care how rude she was to us because she wanted us out of there but yet they can make people wait for 30 min in the drive thru because they are just in there goofing off!!! I will never return to this zaxbys ever again!! Somebody needs to do something about this place or they will be out of...

This particular restaurant is always clean and the parking lot is well maintained. It is awkward to get to or leave when driving north, but there are two separate traffic lights available nearby.

We order mostly thru their app and then pick up inside the restaurant (they do not do drive thru pickup). The workers here are always polite and helpful.

One of their best deals are their “Zalads.” Always very fresh with good produce and generous chicken. One salad is equivalent to a very large meal for one or a more appropriately, 2 very nice size lunches. They do have the best meal salads out of any fast food or traditional sit-down restaurant. Cannot beat the price.

Now, ordering through the app, you get coupons or deals not available in the store. For a while, they had a weekend-only Bogo-free wings deal in the app. We took advantage of that. The wings were very good and the price was awesome.

My husband has tried their “Chicken Philly” (he loved it) and I’ve tried their spicy chicken sandwich (good). Nothing beats their chicken tenders though. Some of the best around and I prefer them over the sandwiches.

I am a highly dissatisfied paying customer. My husband and I went here on July 4th, 2017 around 7 in the evening after realizing that it had finally re-opened after a year of being closed. We were excited because we love Zaxby's. We went through the drive through and were quickly disappointed. The girl taking our order sounded so depressed like she would literally jump off a building at any given second. She got the order wrong even though we clearly stated exactly what we wanted, as we go to Zaxby's a lot.. so we had to repeat our order two times! She seemed as though she didn't care about her job which reflects badly on the Statesville Zaxby's as you would think they would have enthusiastic, upbeat, positive people working considering they JUST re-opened. It doesn't matter how extravegant all the remodels look, if you have rude, depressed people who do not care or that don't sound happy or don't have the decency to be nice to their customers working for you! When we got the food, it was all thrown together and the order was not right. We just left at that point. Needless to say, we will continue to act like Zaxby's...
