I bring my 2 children here every Friday after school for their âend of the weekâ surprise. We always order the same thing. The new Barbie Drink. Typically one of the baristas, I think her name is Mandy, always makes it and itâs wonderful. I realize this is NOT an item on the menu but she does it anyway to make my daughter happy. No one has ever said anything, in regards to it not being okay. Today we go, and Mandy isnât there, and the gentleman (Anthony) that spoke on the intercom said he wasnât sure how to make it. Then 2 other baristas spoke up and said âitâs okay we know how to make it!â It was funny how they just randomly came on the speaker and we all laughed, you know, normal behavior. When I get to the window, Anthony, condescendingly, says to me âJUST SO YOU KNOW WE DONâT NORMALLY DO THIS!â His face was dry and very serious! Then he says my app didnât go through but in reality he didnât scan it properly so he scanned it again and said okay thanks! Why?? What do you mean your donât ânormallyâ do this? Do what, have a great customer service, or make special drinks for customers?! No one at this location has ever said anything to me about it not being okay. Everyone that works there is exceptional!    Read moreThere is NOTHING that I do not love about this location! Every staff member greets you with a smile, asks how your day is going. Just a little banter back and forth while waiting for your order. The drive thru line runs very efficiently and I never wait longer than like 2 minutes. I would like to give a special shout out to KikiâŠshe is awesome! She takes care of her customers and her passion and dedication shines through her actions. Literally today, I pulled up and before I could start with my order, I saw it coming up on the screen. Yes Iâm a creature of habit and order the exact same thing every time I go ( usually Monday-Thursday)! However the fact that she knew the order and all the little details that I add to my drink meant so much to me. One time I had even asked them to hold my items because my card wasn't working so I had to transfer money to a new card, but forgot that the card already saved had to be stopped the day before due to it being hacked. So my money got sent to a no longer in service card, and was in limbo and after them seeing me panicking over my card outside, they brought out my items and said they were on the house because they could see I was having a bad day. I told them no, I couldn't do that and explained what was happening and they insisted. It really meant a lot. And gave me something to eat and drink on while I sat and talked to my card company's customer service. Ever since then I tip them when I order just because they are so sweet for caring.
