Blazer's Hot Wings — Restaurant in Statham

It's not the best setup for dine in at all. Looks thrown together as cheap as possible. Almost reminds me of a cheap wedding reception with a fold out table and chairs. You have to sometimes share tables with complete strangers. Which is awkward, to say the least. I'm not shy to eat in front of anyone. I will munch down on some food in front of whoever, but it is weird sitting next to someone you do not know. If they are smacking on their food in my ear, I would probably lose it in front of the entire restaurant, embarrass myself, and could never eat there again. I'm being a little dramatic, but I'm trying to give a better insight. The food is great! Taste like sweet southern cooking at its best in a fast food style. Staff is always polite and helpful. They are usually very quick on getting the food out to you. I had one unpleasant experience with a staff member, but it was long ago. It was maybe my second visit. It almost made me not want to go back. I thought if I was going to be treated as a bother by what seemed to be an unhappy employee, then I wouldn't come back. I'm glad i did, though, and I haven't seen that staff member anymore, so that is a plus. This place is never a disappointment with the food. Now, all the staff are awesome, polite, and always welcoming. If they could fix the sitting arrangement of setup inside the dinning area it would be perfect. Oh and open up...

This place is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! My wings were amazing! The staff atrocious,RUDE, fussing with one another. I called and ordered wings and was told the time would be 10 to 15 mins. I was driving from Athens so I knew from my house it would be about 30 mins well I get there the lady says they aren't ready yet then walks off and proceeded to be on her phone and conversing with another Employee. I wait another 15 mins before asking how long because I ordered over an hour ago then was told since I had 80 wings and didn't pay over the phone they delayed starting them....I was never told to pay over the phone which I would have if the option was given. Then one employee stated that was only if it was 100 wings. They proceeded to fuss about that. I was never apologized to for the inconvenience. Just all around UNPROFESSIONAL. I asked to speak to a manager on duty the lady just yelled "Blake" at the top of her lungs, instead of walking away to grab him. He was actually understanding of how I felt and listened to what I have to say. I just let him know that his employees needed to get it together. I understand being short staffed if that was the case or busy but neither was the case. Everyone was standing around just on...

When we walked in NO one greeted us. Than they specialize in wings yet every single wing they offer is covered in Bread says the girl at the register! So if you have a diet or an allergy that prevents you from eating bread, you are out of luck. So my husband & kids ordered wings. The tables are all wobbly, the only decorations are for GA Bull Dogs, so hope you aren't a fan of ANYONE ELSE or you will feel uncomfortable. The wings came & they didn't look breaded, so than we had to wave someone over to ask. She said very snotty "NO They are not breaded, but you should know most wings aren't." I wanted to say, that's why we asked, but instead I just said, we'll she needs to be told that because that's what she told us. She didn't respond & walked off. We were never offered to order more or offered refills on our drinks..... They only have styrofoam cups & plates, so let's eat here while we destroy the planet all at the same time.
