Charlottes Kitchenette — Restaurant in Staunton

Well I've been meaning to give this place a review. I have been here three times in the last month or so. Recently I brought my brother and aunt to experience this amazing food and owner. I have tried the Cheese steak, chicken fingers and wings. All are outstanding. I've tried all the sides as well. Again outstanding. I think maybe the baked beans or collards are my favorite. The wings are best in the area. The hot sauce is so good. For once we have some heat but full of flavor. My brother has asked me to find a good wing place and he agrees the best around. My aunt who lives in OK fell in love with the food. If you are in the area I highly recommend trying it out. They have a couple picnic tables to eat at. I am sure she will have huge success and be able to expand one day. Also Charlotte the owner is such an amazing person. God has blessed her with so many talents. I just think she is amazing.

Discovered Charlotte's Kitchenette through the Staunton Black Business Collective BINGO challenge, and what a find! The flavors Ray and Charlotte create are absolutely phenomenal.

I walked over for lunch and enjoyed their outdoor seating area while our meals were freshly prepared. I tried their wingettes and was absolutely blown away! They were perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of sauce. While the Chicken Cheesesteak is rumored to be a crowd favorite, I'm saving that for my next visit.

Their kitchen is open Monday-Friday from 11am-7pm for both carry-out and delivery. Perfect spot for a delicious lunch break or dinner pickup.

If you're participating in the BINGO challenge (which runs until March 27th), this is definitely a spot you'll want to check off your card. Even if you're not, Charlotte's Kitchenette is absolutely worth a visit for the food alone....

Just tried Charlotte’s Kitchenette and wow…this place is IT. 🔥

I had Ms. Pat's pork chop and it was insane...crispy, juicy, and seasoned perfectly. My husband said he hasn’t seen a chop like that since he visited St. Louis. The collard greens? I haven’t touched those since I was a kid (because yuck), but THESE? Life changing.😂

The mac & cheese hit the spot, the mumbo wings had awesome flavor and texture, and the chicken cheesesteak was so flavorful. On top of all that, the people there are super friendly...she even let us try something that might be on the menu soon, and if it is, it’s 100% going in our next order.

We're rooting for Charlotte's Kitchenette, this place deserves to thrive and there's nothing else like it in Staunton. Do yourself a favor...
