I brought in my 31 year old engagement ring and several stones with deeply sentimental meaning to me. Jason worked with me on redesigning my ring to incorporate the stones. I was very nervous because I didn't want to lose the integrity of the original ring, and I only had a mental picture of what I thought the result would be. He was able to acknowledge my concerns, explain in detail what would be done, suggested how I could use an extra stone in a pendant, and very kindly handled my rambling nervousness about the planned alteration to the ring. He kept in regular communication throughout the period in which the work was done. Nicole performed all the work to the highest level. The ring is stunning. It surpassed my expectations. I walked in with a ring needing repair and several stones accompanied by a huge amount of emotional attachment and consequent concern that I walk away with an enhanced setting, but still recognize the original ring. Crown Jewelers knocked it out of the park. I must commend them for the sensitivity in which they managed my...
Read moreWhen I saw her eyes glisten I knew I had made the right choice to use Crown Jewelers for my needs. I wanted to add an April birthstone to my wife’s emerald ring. Jason Bland, owner, made suggestions on how to do this and I liked what he suggested and placed an order for the work to be done. As we get older our joints have a tendency to get larger and Jason also showed us a way to make the ring expandable to slip over the finger joint and still be snug when in place They offer a horseshoe clip that eliminates the need for string or snap-on adjusters for better fit and best of all it is invisible when in place. If you have never seen this I recommend you stop and have Jason show you this neat feature. I have worked in the Tool and Die industry all my working years and I have developed a keen sense of good workmanship. I can attest that Jason and Nicole Bland have superb skills. I highly recommend Crown Jewelers and suggest you talk to them before you buy elsewhere. Dan Crannell, a...

It is a gold band with a jade inlay, and a large piece of the jade had fallen out. I was told there was no possible way to fix it, that the best they could do is take out the jade completely & fill it in with resin. I obviously didn't want a glorified mood ring as my engagement ring and didn't understand how something that was created could not be repaired.
Wandering into Crown Jewelers on lunch break one day (with little hope) I met Jason and he shared my sentiments. The ring could of course be fixed and he was able to give me an accurate and reasonable estimate. His wife is the master jeweler and she does incredible work, the ring looks identical to it's original form. She is a true craftsman and I will be taking all my jewelry to them from now on. Beyond relieved and pleased with every aspect of my...
