First time ever going here because I was given a 10 dollar gift card from my wife. Ordered a #4 with cheese fries and a drink. Total was $10.27. Gave the gift card and 2 dollars (17% tip). The server comes back and says the card doesn't work. Do I have another form of payment? So now I paid for a meal I never would have bought otherwise and am stuck with a worthless piece of plastic from the company that issues the card but won't take it as payment. Serious bull! On top of that, the soggy fries and burger were Meh, at best. I highly recommend you DO NOT eat at this establishment!

I told the worker I had a mobile order and I would also like to place another order. Ten minutes go by, and a car hop brings out my second order. When she asked if there is anything else I need, I told her that there is also supposed to be a mobile order and she said she would go and make sure that it gets sent out. Another twenty minutes go by and still no food so I press the red button again. This time, the worker on the intercom was very unprofessional and rude after I told her the problem. I was hired for $8 an hour + tips and stayed only about a week as my tips were consistently going missing, and I was being told I shorted the cash wallet even though I had two other car hops assist me in counting. I quit and now payroll comes in and it says $7 and David is lying about hiring me for $8. There's camera footage to prove it but it's a sole franchise with no other locations so there's nothing that can be done when the highest higher up in store command is the one lying to me. Best I can do now is file through workforce and hope they'll do an investigation but the money will look so insignificant to them I will most likey never get paid properly what I am owed.
