I’ve been twice since they’ve opened (first time: Saturday night; second time: Wednesday lunch). Both times, the restaurant only had about 5-6 tables sat. The Saturday night I went, party of 2, and I asked to sit outside. The hostess rolled her eyes and sat us as requested. After 15 minutes of no one checking on us (there was one other party outside that had been checked on 3 times since we were sat), I went to find the hostess. She wasn’t at the front, but at the bar, with 4 other employees, hanging out. I asked if she’d let our server know they had been sat, and she looked around, going “Uhh, uhh…”. Then I said, “We’d like to have someone come wait on us, please.” The girl that ended up waiting on us actually wasn’t bad, but poor girl was the only one doing any work. I noticed she was waiting on all the tables within my sight, running food, and sweeping. I made mention of it to her when we checked out, “Girl, you’re the only one here doing any work tonight.” The food was fine…nothing amazing, but nothing awful. We also had bar drinks. I was really surprised BWW was so slow on a Saturday night. It was my third choice after seeing Fuzzy’s and Bosque Tap House were packed. I decided to give BWW another shot a week and a half later for lunch. This hostess was nicer. We were greeted by our server in a timely manner, but after that, the service was not great. Our server spent most of her time hanging out by the bar, conversing with staff. Another table she was serving had to flag her down for their ticket, and wait to pay. We had to flag her down for drink refills. She walked by later as I was getting my wallet out to pay, looked at me and kept walking. I had to get her attention to get my ticket. She later dropped the card reader, gave me instructions to pay, and then left. Again, food was fine. This place should be crazy busy based on location, drinks, decently priced lunch menu, happy hour, and sports-bar atmosphere. After experiencing how staff doesn’t care about providing quality service, I understand why they only have a few tables...
Read moreI have been to the Buffalo Wild Wings 4 times since they’ve opened with exceptional service till today. We showed up to the restaurant at 8:10 pm and it took us 10 minutes for us to put in our drink order and food order. After this we waited 20 minutes to get our drinks. I was trying to be lenient with the server until an hour passes and we still haven’t received our food. I was there with 2 other girls and we were also going to order a to go order for our other friends so we went and ordered it and it came out in 15 minutes while our other food hasn’t even came out yet. The manager comes over (the woman) and she was so helpful! She was having a long day and was still amazing on getting our food out. Another server, Abby P., came and checked on us and told us she was going to check on our food and see how it was going. 9:45 comes around and tables who were there after us were getting their food as we were still waiting. I tell our server Zariah, that the table next to us had their food but we didn’t and she shrugged her shoulders and said she didn’t know what to tell us and then I tell her to go check on our food and she said You’re not going to yell at me when I wasn’t even yelling and went away. After that she was talking crap about us to another server where we could see and was holding up fists saying how we made her angry. After this, she also got another server to take our cards and check us out. As we were walking out and talking to our friends at another table she went to one of the tables next to us and started talking crap about us as we could still hear her. Then in a snarky attitude while we were walking out she said “Have a nice day” in a very rude way. I’ve never dealt with worse customer service from a waitress before. As a former waitress, if you have an issue with a customer you never talk about that customer in front of them. Go talk about it in the back or kitchen. I do want to say thank you to the manager and the other server for being absolutely amazing even if it was...
Read moreI was dining at Buffalo Wild Wings with another couple, and we ordered nothing out of the extraordinary. Everyone got water with one lemonade no appetizer and once we got our food, my partner’s wings were incorrect so they got sent back and I have no problem with that. But after a couple of minutes, everyone is done eating, besides my partner who had bone in wings with a side of celery and carrots (the server, Anna or Ann forgot to bring them) and again I understand this is a restaurant at a school so I was like ok no worries. But halfway through my partner is eating her meal she asks us “how are we leaving a tip” not asking but demanding and lots a couple of ways that we can tip her so we all just look at each other in shook like “wow”. When she walks away she said “ok so no tip” but I personally don’t like to go out and not leave a tip so once everyone said what they wanted to tip she had already processed our tabs and I asked her if she could just ring me a ranch so I could tip her (I was the only one leaving a tip). We got up as if we were leaving but as soon as we got up she was waiting so I turned around and tipped her. After I tip her she got mad at me that she had to refill our water (as if we asked her I mean Isn’t that what a server is supposed to do?) and I told her she shouldn’t ask for a tip just be happy she served people. But I left her money I have the statement .67 cents for the ranch and 5 dollar tip. She raised her voice at me and cussing and I thought this was not professional of her as a server. EVEN AFTER TIPPING SHE SAID “OK DONT TIP...
