First time..last time...last Sunday..I attended a birthday celebration and it was a nice atmosphere...beautiful ppl..NOW the waitress ruined my experience and Im str8..she brings the bill..gave her my AEx card and she comes back asking for my ID..she comes back and ask for my card which I already gave her...she loses my card and then tries to argue that I never gave it to her..(card locked) ofc she gets an attitude because she lacks emotional intelligence..I seek the mgmt and they are lost for words because my card is missing..it was nothing they could do..Mgr gives me 2 bottles of wine on the house but my card is missing...STILL!!! I visited Al's Hideaway for the first time, and let me just say—it won't be my last! This cozy little "hole in the wall" was absolutely packed, but the atmosphere was nothing short of amazing. Despite being new, I immediately felt like I belonged—everyone was super friendly, and it had that warm, welcoming vibe of a bar full of regulars.

The karaoke was a total blast 🎤, the music kept the energy high, and the two amazing bartenders were the real MVPs—quick with the drinks and even quicker with the smiles! 🍸🍻

Bartender very rude. When we were just standing at end if bar asking for our bill. And she goes im busy before we even said anything. Took her about 20 minutes to finally get to us saying oh there was people in front if you. Like im sorry you can't multi-task especially even your the bartender. And also wish I could find the people that had a kitten there while it was ok and cool when we went to leave they didn't have thier kitten im assuming they stuck it in a car in the heat. Won't be back....
