The worst place ever, if I had the option to give zero stars, I would. The cashier is an educated at all on their policies. He told me that I cannot use more than one coupon per order, so I asked him if I pick up and come back again in the line for drive-through pick up, would I be able to use my other coupon? he said no, he mentioned that I have to walk in person in the store to use both coupons. Not one time, not two times, but three times that he mentioned to me that the only way to use two coupons is by coming inside the store. It’s worth mentioning that there was no one in the drive-through, but my car. So I placed one order and I went to pick it up and when I asked for the manager he told me that the cashier is aware that the customer can come back again in the line to place another order with the coupon but he misspoke!!!! Then I ask him to educate his cashier about the policies of BK. The manager told me that he informed the cashier that the customer can come in in the drive-through again to use another coupon, but the cashier misspoken. So the manager had informed his cashier that the customer can come again in the drive-through to use another coupon for another order, and yet the cashier told me that I cannot use the second coupon in the drive-through again with another order, but I have to go inside the store to use it!!!! it’s either the manager has no word on his staff where they don’t follow his instructions or maybe having uneducated cashiers of their company rules that are ruining The reputation of Burger King. Read moreI actually really enjoy this place but I ran into an issue today specifically. I made a mobile order on the app to pick up food at the Burger King. As I was pulling up I saw an associate blocking the drive-through with a cone so I politely pulled to the front window just to ask a question about what I should do about my mobile order or if I can get a refund if they couldn't make the order. As I pulled up to the window I began to speak and try to explain that I had a mobile order but before I could get even three words out of my mouth literally, some lady in the back started screaming at me saying that their system was down and she repeated it three times. So I looked at the gentleman who opened the window initially to talk to me and I was about to try to explain what was going on and before he would listen he just closed the window and walked away and no one would come back to the window so I eventually just left. I understand that sometimes things happen at a business which is completely okay, I worked fast food before, and I understand that happens. It was absolutely no big deal. Again, I just wanted to know if there was a way to get a refund but they did not let me even speak. I'm not sure if it was a manager or not but she was extremely rude and I honestly felt extremely embarrassed. Read moreI go to the Burger King local to my neighborhood to see that there is no one inside of the drive-thru line I then place what is typically a pretty much a large order but there's no one there so I figure there's no reason for me to assume the order is incorrect once the attendant told me to move ahead to a wait for my fresh food I then took my home food home to realize not only was the chicken sandwich is not fresh but in conjunction with that half of the order was missing there is no reason to ever eat at a restaurant so careless when handling a human being's food show some respect for human beings please
after having one of the customer service representative acknowledged the mistake when I called back I returned to receive what would I was supposed to get was for medium fries which I was told by one of the customer service Representatives over the phone I then pull up to the drive-thru where one of the representatives hands me two and then looks at me and says well that's what my manager told me to give you and that was her exact response these people are tacky this tasteful and I have no idea as to why they're behaving that way but whatever you do do not eat here these...
