Euro Eats Inc — Restaurant in Sterling Heights

Before today I could have told you very little about Balkan food...and I couldnt have pronounced any of it. Now I still can't pronounce any of it but I at least know it's pretty tasty. Came across this place on a local restaurant Facebook group and I thought I needed to try it. it was a great choice. the food was super flavorful. I got the Cevapi- Ground Beef & Veal served with Lepina Bread & Ajvar, a thick roasted red pepper & eggplant sauce. I also ordered a variety of Balkan beverages.

Let's rank it. #1 The service, for as good as the food was the service was phenomenal, the owner is passionate about his heritage and its cuisine and it SHINES thru, you hear it in his words and you taste it in his cooking. People like that make everything better but his food stands on its own.

#2. The Lepina...the star of the Cevapi was absolutely the bread, it was soft and airy and had such a good flavor. I found myself eating just bread at one point it was so good.

#3. Ajvar - tasting almost like a tomato sauce but more refined. a mixture of Red Peppers & Eggplant it popped with such full flavor. it was crazy good.

#4. The drinks. I love imported beverages.. the Spezi(Cola w Orange) was my absolute favorite.

#5. The Meat ...hard to rank this so low but it's cause everything else was just so amazing. The meat was flavorful and juicy with a nice char on the outside. So very well seasoned the flavor was fantastic.

I am on the fundraising committee for a local nonprofit organization. Euro Eats was a food truck vendor for our fundraiser car show this past weekend and I was blown away. For starters, the owners and the employees were some of the nicest and kindest people I have ever met. They were so hard working and overall just sweet people. In addition, their customer service was outstanding. They greeted every guest with a smile on their face and were incredibly professional. Their food truck set up was very well organized and clean. The food was amazing! Everyone at the car show loved the food. The food had sooo much flavor and the chicken was some of the best I’ve ever had! Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for great food to enjoy or to other companies/organizations looking to have them at your next event! We tried Euro Eats today at 15 & Mound! Wow! Was it delicious! We had Doner and Bosnian sausage- Cevapi! The sausage was nice and juicy and had great flavor- the bread is amazing! It’s served with mayo and roasted red peppers sauce! For the doner they press the bread like a panini which totally enhances the sandwich and the meat and sauce were very tasty, the veggies were all fresh!
