They recently hired a new guy with glasses, and honestly, he’s enough to make the store lose customers. Since he started, I’ve been there twice—and I’m already done. Before that, I used to go almost every night without issues.
The problem is, he clearly doesn’t know how to serve. For example, the last time I ordered two burgers, fried chicken, and loaded fries, he handed me the burgers packed upside down. On top of that, there were no napkins, no ketchup, no mayo, no fork—nothing. I had to ask him three separate times just to get the basics. When he finally brought them, it was only two ketchups and two mayos for all that food.
To make matters worse, his attitude came across careless and unprofessional. After I left, I mentioned it to another worker, and the surprising part was that this same guy actually ran outside after me asking for cigarettes. At that point, I decided I won’t return to the store again unless something changes.
I do want to be fair, though—the other employees are great, especially the tall guy. He genuinely tries to take care of the customers and makes the experience much better
I hope the owner to sees it and takes care of him. And it’s not only me, my friends who used to go there already having issues with him. He clearly doesn’t know how to work he doesn’t know what customer service is he doesn’t know anything. He’ll make the business go down fr. Atleast me and the people I know aren’t going back...

I recently ordered the Deluxe Rice Bowl and was extremely disappointed with what I received. The portion of chicken was shockingly small—barely a few tiny pieces buried under a mound of rice. For something labeled deluxe, the quality and quantity were way below expectations.
What made it worse is that I ordered this during a BOGO (Buy One Get One) offer, which usually feels like a good deal. But in this case, even getting two bowls didn’t feel worth the money. Both bowls were nearly identical—mostly rice, hardly any chicken, and definitely not satisfying.
It honestly felt like I was just eating flavored rice with a hint of meat, not a proper meal. If this is how the food is prepared during a promotion, it’s a serious letdown. Offers shouldn’t mean cutting corners.
I’ve had better experiences here before, which makes this even more disappointing. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and improves both the portion sizes and overall value of their...
Read moreI can’t provide a full rating because my experience was not positive. When I arrived, the gentleman at the counter was on the phone but quickly ended the call. However, there was barely any eye contact or greeting from him or the woman who later handed me the food.
I was looking for a halal place to eat nearby, but as soon as I walked into the restaurant, I noticed the establishment appeared unclean. I didn’t want to be rude by inspecting behind the counter, but the environment gave off a bare-minimum impression, which made me hesitant to try the food. While it might taste great, the cleanliness of the space where the food was prepared raised concerns.
The interaction with the staff also felt awkward. They hardly spoke to me, and the only exchange involved offering a fork, which they retrieved from the back. The overall vibe was unsettling, as if I had walked into a place that wasn’t...
