I've been eating at Eat Thai for about 10 years I remember what Eat Thai used to look inside and they have come a long way. I am am very impressed the new layout and flow is amazing the food is probably among the best Thai food you can get locally. The staff are so friendly and the portions are out of this world. I just wish I could figure out how to make those Thai ice teas they make them so good and I cannot go to Eat Thai every day. I have been meaning to write this review for a long time. If this place does not pan out for you can always try going to Thai Delight on hall RD. I would say that is my second favorite Thai place they are both great. If I had one complaint it's when I order the Tom yum soup it has so much enough for 4 people but it's always so hot that I usually end up taking it home to eat. Please keep doing what you do Eat Thai and I'll keep on coming to visit.

I like to come to eat at this restaurant. The service is very good. The taste of the food is very delicious, especially the Tom Yum with seafood. I like it very much. When I tasted the food I can tell you that I will definitely come back to eat at thisrestaurant again. At Eat Thai, the sushi is a work of art—each piece is crafted with precision and bursts with the freshness of expertly selected fish. The shrimp are crisp and full of flavor, and the soup is both light and tasty. Together, these dishes create a very satisfying meal I give a full 5 stars rating.

I've tried several Thai places in the area with mixed results (I have my favorite from where I used to live, standards are high), but Eat Thai was a pleasant surprise. Everything tasted good and fresh. -The green curry was good, not too oily and with a delicate flavor. The eggplant was silky and delicious. -The basil fried rice was really tasty and had plenty of basil in it which I appreciated. -The pad thai was tasty, but too sweet overall. 4.5 stars. P.S. I ordered everything medium spice, but it seemed pretty mild to me.

After we ordered and food was taking a while, the one and only staff member working out front apologized and said they were being hacked and she had to deal with computer issues. After 40 minutes, we had appetizer and soup served together, and only my husband's meal had arrived. There was only one other table in the restaurant, so they weren't over whelmed by customers. I left my husband there, dining alone while i dropped our hungry son off at his extra curicular activity. I arrived back at the restaurant 10 minutes later to find that the restaurant had packaged my meal and my son's to go. They offered a 10% discount for the trouble. A whole $5 off. (Sarcasm) They should have at least not charged me for my child's meal ($10 off) since he isnt getting to eat it fresh. Then I arrived home and opened my own carry out container to find that it isnt even the meal that I ordered. I ordered Drunken NOODLES. Every time I order that anywhere else, the dish usually comes with noodles! No noodles here. I can sympathise with computer problems. I could even get behind my having to run down the plaza to the atm to get cash to pay you with. But regardless, if your doors are open and you are taking orders, get them right, and get them out on time, and if you don't, at least take care of your customers in a meaninful fashion. You dont tell your first time customers, "sorry, our service is bad because our computer is getting hacked." Those first time customers won't come back. And they will tell all their friends. And they will leave...

This used to be my go to spot. Eat here one to two times per week for lunch and dinner. I understand the Covid pandemic has changed a lot. The last time I ate here the food was average at best and I think 18 dollars I did not feel I had an 18 dollar meal. You are getting a 2 due to your attitude when I came in like you didn’t care I ordered dinner. And also looking at these reviews and your arguments back to Customers for giving real feed back. I did look at 4 other menus local to the area and your prices are the highest of all them. So I will turn your words back to you do a quick google search and see your prices are no longer competitive with other local places. I will be going to these other local places who are welcoming to my business and not bashing customers reviews. And also save myself 4 dollars per meal on average at these others places

This is an add on to your comeback to the review. Your chicken pad Thai on your menu is 17 dollar plus tax. Which again comes to 18.02. If you want to add tip your looking at a single meal for 20-23 dollars. And the fact that the female who rang me up didn’t smile and made me feel like she didn’t need my business was also part of the review. If you want anything else please reply again. Also just noticed on your order online you charge for gluten...

First off, I went to this restaurant for my Rehearsal Dinner for my wedding with my entire wedding party. We were all excited and I have EXTREME ALLERGIES, I researched restaurants, and I made sure I could safely eat here. Upon arrival, the restaurant was COMPLETELY empty except for my tables reservation. The owner or head server did not take our drink order, just went right into main entrees, we all (12 of us) asked for beverages multiple times and did not get them until entrees started leaving the kitchen. The "server" didnt know how to properly take an order from a large group of people, made many errors that my guests had to correct her, multiple times When food arrived, it was completely RAW, I ordered Crispy Rolls that contain a large amount of chicken, all raw. Many orders were incorrect, raw or severely undercooked, and the staff did not care or show any sympathy or apologetic. Being the Bride, I left immediately because I no longer trusted this place that laughably calls themselves a restaurant. They should be closed due to so many hazards with food preparation alone. Side Note: I am ServSafe Certified, was a chef and assisted in opening multiple...
