Starbucks — Restaurant in Sterling Heights

Very slow moving employees. Didn't give us the sale price, despite the Kroger card being used. I was trying to be understanding that it was a busy time for them. We sat down out of the way after ordering and paying and they forgot all about us. After about 10 minutes, we saw them completing the order for someone after us. We had to wait in line and remind them to make our order. We didn't even get an apology at that point and then waited an extra 5 minutes for our coffee. My husband and I have hated on Starbucks for years for being snobby and overpriced but had a giftcard so thought we'd give them another chance today. Lesson learned, they are TERRIBLE!! Not even worth it for "free"! But seriously, what a lackluster coffee it was for $4.50! It wasn't even filled to the top and had a tiny ring of whipped cream and no caramel syrup like the picture. My sister went last Saturday (4/2/22 at 11:22 am) to buy a strawberry açaí and a spinach egg feta cheese wrap. Not too long later, she got an upset stomach for hours and she had labored breathing. Starbucks is the most overpriced, overated, place for coffee , tea etc. I go by this place because I'm in Kroger. I would NEVER EVER patronize Starbucks for several reasons.
