Called and asked if they offered curb side during the pandemic. Large “we are open” all over the windows outside. She said yes, I said “oh wonderful (this was my favorite Chinese) I would love to place a curb side order.” She tells me that it will be 15 minutes. (Mind you I’m driving by there when I see the open signs. When I pulled over to call) I drove directly back there after placing my order. I sat in my car in the parking lot for 10 minutes or so and my son woke up from his nap. (Of course asking for water and I had none.) I thought no problem, I have no problem paying for water, I hadn't paid yet, I’ll call them up and ask if I can pay for water and just offer my card over the phone (that way I’ll save them a second trip out to my car).
When I call and ask, same lady answers the phone. Now they don’t have curb-side available when placing an order. I explain that I’m sad I’ll then have to cancel my order. The woman then proceeds to tell me that it’s too late to cancel my order. Apparently she’s not willing to do a curb side pick up (even though she was able to prior to me placing my order at all) I placed is now ready and it’s too late for me to cancel it (according to her) now I have to come inside with my screaming child during the middle of a pandemic.
No thank you!
You can keep my food and I’ll keep my business.
I am so disappointed right now. I...
Read more2 28 25 I was excited about trying this place. Here goes went in ordered a quart of sesame chicken with no broccoli or sesame literally i counted each piece of chicken the portion was so small! They only give u 15 pieces of chicken with onions peapods mushrooms and carrots thrown in with it. The sesame sauce is nothing special and it has no sweetness. In addition to that i ordered some crab rangoons 2 egg rolls and 1 spring roll. The crab Rangoon has diced onion in it i definitely didnt care for those. The egg rolls were dry and bland but the Spring roll was seasoned and amazing! Im sure i wont be returning due to the overpricing and small portions but id give a 2 out of 5 for the amazing spring roll and cleanliness inside of the restaurant. Regardless i enjoy chinese food i can actually share and get my money's worth. Literally for better pricing and larger portions go in closer to detroit alot of these restaurants are over priced because of the areas their in. I rather use a lil more gas to get something that actually tasted good and give me my money's worth now thats what brings your...
Read moreWe made a first time visit today for lunch and overall it was good not great . With only a few nearby Chinese restaurants open for dine in , this place , May Hong’s , Ping On and Ruby Chinese we thought we’d try here today . Our waitress was nice , did a good job. Our lunch combos were $ 10.95 and $ 11.95 and came with a large roll , choice of soup , egg roll and fried rice . I had the Cashew Chicken and my girlfriend had the Shrimp with lobster sauce . The rolls were hot and the won ton soup was good . Her meal came with 8 large shrimp in a brown sauce , said the shrimp were tasty and my meal was pretty good , had some veggies with the chicken but not much chicken . We both thought the fried rice was dry and overcooked . We will probably go back but we both would get a different combo and hopefully the fried rice will be better . The place was...
