Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Sterling Heights

Terrible customer service!!! Will not go here eeevveerrr again! So, I called in my order for a BBQ chicken pizza with turbo all over. The young lady told me 15 to 20min cool....I get there 40mins later and my food isn't done... Its not even in the oven!! I ask for my money back and asked if they had slices which I already knew the answeer bcuz I've asked before....the manager looks back on the counter at some pizza on the counter thats u can clearly tell has been on the counter for awhile and says "yea we have slices" I said "oh naw I dont want that pizza that's bn just sitting out on the back counter right next to the garbage can" but as I was saying it to him an employee balled up a piece of paper and trued to throw it in the garbage can from across the room but it landed on the pizza on the counter smf the young man looked at me kept doing what he was doing smh so sad. What's even more frustrating is everyone was standing around doing nothing but my food wasn't even prepared which I'm kinda happy about that because the youngan who threw the paper into the pizza got me thinking about other type of unsanitary things these employees are doing while making our food and honestly I dont think I'll be eating at jets...

The "Ass Mgr" named Paige is very rude and does not value the customers. I ordered the same & only small square Pizza that I often order from this location. This time when I opened it it looked very different than usual. It looked like it had light toppings with heavy parmesan soaking in grease. I pay 16.07 for the small pizza to add olives, green pepper, extra cheese topped with parmesan. She told me that when you order additional toppings you actually get less. She proceed to argue with me stating that she personally made the pizza. I said that's NEVER happened before and why am I paying for extra then. She told me that I'm not paying for extra toppings and the most she would do is make it over again but that it would be the same way. I told her that I was bringing the pizza back and that I wanted my money back and that I would NEVER patronize this location again. She OKAY, but I can't give you your money back. I asked for corporate # she gave it. I then demanded my money back and my son...

We have ordered Jets pizza for years, but this location is disappointing because they are so skimpy with their toppings. We gave them many chances to do better and even paid for extra toppings only to not see any difference. When we ask why. The reply was... "We just don't make it that way." Really. :( It would be nice to know that before we paid for the extra toppings that we did not get. So we have been going to other locations when we are in the area. Here is a picture of the kind of pizza we get from another Jet's location and we did not even ask for extra toppings - it just came this way. After asking about why this is... it seems the best Jet's are the ones not...
