So glad they opened a 2nd location.. and a very large one too!
Qamaria just opened Thursday, September 18, so they are pretty much in a soft opening phase. As soon as we walked in there was a long line, the place was P A C K E D!! They weren't accepting online orders, so we had to wait in a long line, with one ordering counter. Hopefully they will have separate orderling kiosks in the near future!
The drinks came fairly quickly. Staff were very friendly and helpful when placing the order. They were not overwhelmed or stressed considering the long line of customers, even in the evening!
There was a lot of seating, the decorations are very simple yet. Classy. As soon as you walk in, there's a strong smell of cardamom.
They were running low on desserts when we came in around 7:00 p.m. Next time I come, hopefully they will have the honeycomb dessert.
We ordered a hot Qamaria latte with oat milk and iced pistachio latte with oat milk. Both drinks were amazing. Interestingly enough, the medium is only 12 oz and large is 16 oz. They don't have decaffeinated espresso.
There was a lot of seating, but since they just opened, most of the seats were taken. There was some outdoor seating available.
There's plenty of parking, however it was very full.

Read moreI couldn’t be more grateful for discovering this amazing Yemeni café in Sterling! I was so excited when I first came across this spot, and it truly did not disappoint. The coffee was incredible, and what stood out most was the hospitality, management walked around checking in with customers to make sure everyone was happy. That kind of care really shows.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic flavor and a welcoming atmosphere. My only feedback is that on busy weekend nights, I wish they offered a few extra specialty items, like the honeycomb cake. I drove 30 minutes to try it, but unfortunately, they had already run out, which was a little disappointing. Still, everything else was absolutely wonderful, and I’ll...
Read moreI stopped by today to get some work done and tried their Muffawar. Honestly, it hit the spot. Smooth medium roast with that cardamom kick and just enough cream to round it out. It’s one of those drinks that feels a little different from the usual latte but not too heavy, and really easy to enjoy. I also grabbed the honeycomb pastry which was soft, warm, filled with cheese and finished with just the right touch of honey, which paired perfectly.
The shop itself was great. Very clean, open, and comfortable without feeling cramped. Plenty of space to sit down and get work done, but still cozy enough if you just want to relax for a bit. Good balance between a café vibe and a place you can actually be productive. Definitely planning on...
