Still one of my favorite places to eat! Beef and cheddar has always been my favorite sandwich. UPDATE I have had problems the last couple of times that I've ordered through the drive thru. I will not use their drive thru again! A few complaints.... they never have iced tea, the sandwiches are thrown together, cold, hardly any cheese sauce, etc. Today I attempted ordering at the drive thru.... that was a mistake. My sandwiches were both cold, not even a little bit warm. I took them back and asked for new ones. When I got home, there was hardly any cheese sauce on them! These are bacon beef and cheddars..... hardly any cheese sauce! I debated calling the manager or leaving this review. I chose to warn others.... if you eat at this location, go inside, don't trust the drive thru! Went to the drive through- it was raining and I had a lot tp do yet that evening. I waited a long time to have my order taken and then for someone to come to the window. Person who took my order and first came to the window was rude and sullen. And then just simply walked away from the window without saying a word when I asked for the total. 2nd person appeared to be a manager came to the window so I told him I hadn't been given a total. His excuse for the other guy was they had run out of beef- they had just enough for my sandwich. It's Arby's for crying out loud! And it was only a bit after 7:00 in the evening and not at all busy. When I finally did get my order it was incomplete and I ended up going inside in a downpour to get the rest of my order. From the time I pulled in to the time I got my order was over 20 minutes.
