The overall quality of the Stevens Point, WI location has significantly dropped during the past year or so. Tonight (10/28/2018) my significant other and I visited this location for dinner. When our food arrived, my significant other's dish was barely warm, along with my cup of soup. After eating the first few bites of my baked spaghetti, I noticed something shiny and unusual in the spaghetti itself. It was a piece of thick plastic that had been baked into my food. I took my dish up front And notified the cashier, who lethargically told me that they would remake the dish. I was never offered an apology until the cook brought my new dish out to the table several minutes later. I was also never even offered some sort of discount to make up for the obvious kitchen mess up. Besides the obvious quality and general health issue described above, this location has several other issues when compared to other locations. In The past year this location has been dirty and messy every single time I've been there, regardless of the time/day/weather. The chairs, tables, and floors are constantly dirty, sticky, and stained. The silverware always appears to be dirty and the containers they're kept in are always disgustingly filthy, with some sort of residue in the bottom. I personally think the majority of these issues are byproducts of the staff members themselves. Over the past few years, the wait staff of clean, helpful people has seemingly been replaced by rough around the edges individuals dressed in filthy, stained uniforms. The manager himself is the worst of all when it comes to looking professional, as he is usually wearing a filthy uniform that looks like he slept in it. He and his staff never seem to care about what is happening in the store, as they regularly allow the silverware, drink lids, straws, etc. to run out, forcing customers to ask for them to be refilled before enjoying their meals. The staff also never seems to have enough breadsticks on hand for their customers, as I've sat for 15-20 minutes without breadsticks to only be given 1 or 2 because that's all that were ready at that time. They used to carry a basket full of them around the lobby every 5-10 minutes. None of these issues ever existed in years past. I sure hope that this location can get their act together in the near future, as my tolerance for this mediocre service and location quality is beginning to overweigh my desire for Fazolis...
Read moreEdit to the owners response: A generic response with no accountability is exactly why we will never return. You ‘appreciate’ the feedback, but what are you doing to actually fix the problem? You forgot a $70 order, left me waiting almost an hour extra, gave me the wrong food, and the best you could do was some coupons we won’t even use. A real apology would include taking responsibility and making it right, not just copy-pasting a standard response. This experience was completely unacceptable.
Orignial review: Terrible Experience – Do NOT Go Here
My family and I ordered $70 worth of food online at 5:30 PM, with a scheduled pickup time of 6:00 PM. When I arrived at 5:57 the employee told me it would be a few more minutes because they were busy and asked me to park. No problem, I get it! I've worked in the food industry.
But then… 40 minutes passed. I was stuck waiting while my starving, teething toddler was back at the hotel with her grandparents. My dad called twice before anyone even answered. When he finally got through, they admitted they had forgotten my order. The employee apologized but just kept saying they were "soooo busy."
At 6:48 PM—nearly an hour and 20 minutes after ordering—I finally got my food. I rushed back to the hotel, only to find out they didn’t even make our order correctly. They completely forgot my toddler’s chicken alfredo (which we ordered an adult size of for leftovers), gave my dad the wrong breadsticks (he ordered Pepperoni) my food was cold, wrong noodles, tasted off, and they didn’t even include red pepper flakes which is the least of my worries.
At that point, we were so frustrated we didn’t even bother calling to complain. How does a restaurant completely forget a $70 order, take almost an extra hour, and still get it wrong? Absolutely unacceptable. The employee gave us coupons for the wait, but we will never go back, so they’re just wasted. After the ridiculous wait and a completely incorrect meal, we deserve a refund.

Read moreFirst, let me add that I do not write a review without having visited a business a few times first. Just so I can acquire a real feel for the place.
There is no table service any longer. They do not even walk around offering bread sticks. If you want them, you get up and ask. And twice, recently, the bread sticks were cold! So how do you receive your food? They provide a pager for customers to come to the cashier desk and pick up your own order. As for the food? It's generally good, including the portions being very generous. The only complaint I have personally is with the lasagna. I prefer hot peppers as a relish when eating this meal. They serve no relish with any meals offered besides a lettuce salad. Which I don't view as a relish, any more than dried hot pepper flakes.
With respect to the help? You're expected to provide a tip when you pay. Remember, YOU have to serve yourself! So where is the incentive to tip (T.I.P. = "To Insure Promptness") I do not think so, since we now serve ourselves.
For the record. I had the same issue with the one in Appleton WI as well.
