Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Stillwater

We usually have a decent lunch here from time to time. The last time we were here however, there was a work crew working on the booths with loud power tools while people were sitting just feet away trying to enjoy their meals. That doesn’t seem very sanitary or safe. It should have been done after hours. Today we went in again for lunch. There was 4 of us. They got 3 out of our 4 meals wrong and my wife only got her salad and they never did bring her main dish and never realized they forgot. They also never brought her cocktail she ordered. I ordered bone in wings and got boneless. I can’t eat the breading on boneless because I’m gluten intolerant which I had spoke to the server about before ordering. They did take my dish back to make it right, however it was evident they just put my fries into a bowl and brought those back out while I waited for my new wings to come out. By the time they did my fries were cold and soggy and my wings were hard as a rock. The also forgot my friends chili, after asking again for it they brought it out, however, it was the blackest color I’ve ever seen for chili. It looked like it sat in a slow coooker for days. He took one bite and pushed it aside. The craziest part was it was 1:30 which I would think is still somewhat of a lunch rush and they only had one server working the whole restaurant and seating people at the same time. There was another girl there but she just wrapped silverware the whole time. The worst part is after we left all 4 of us had bad stomache aches. Perhaps it was the salsa left out too long? I have been into the Stillwater, OK location multiple times and every time have been disappointed. The first couple of times I just had let it slide thinking it was a cook having an off day. I have worked food so I would understand. I had ordered a Southern Smokehouse Burger and it did not come with the onion blossoms or bbq sauce (basically the stuff that makes it that burger). That same visit the staff was low even though they were busy and the waitresses only wanting to hang out at the bar and talk to the people they knew sitting there. Again, I brushed it aside thinking it was just an off day. Today, I ordered a ToGo order and got the Big Mouth Bites. It didn’t come with the fries and pickles as stated in the order, the patties were burnt and little to no ranch on there. While waiting for my order I had to also wait for the bartender to check me out while she spoke to her friends at the bar that had just walked in after I did. I don’t plan on going back to this location anymore because there is no effort shown every time I have came in. I know I’m one person but I’m still a customer expecting what I have payed for.

Edit: I decided to go ahead and eat my big mouth bites that were still burnt on the outside and when I bit into them they were completely pink. It blows my mind that a burger can be burnt and under cooked at...

I ordered chilli's tonight and when I call too make sure everything was in the bag they told me no ribs and I asked for a refund and the lady that picked the phone up told me they couldn't do that even tho I order from door dash before and the places I have order from gave me a refund with out me having too go threw door dash too get my money back instead of tryna sub my meal for something I didn't want and gave me a cup of queso half way filled and then ask them could we get another one tomorrow because we was not tryna come out of are home that's why we got delivered and the manager was talking about people always tryna take advantage of are queso and say they didn't get a nuff and we would have too go threw door dash tomorrow for a refund on queso even tho Im telling him I'm tryna get one fill too the top but I will come tomorrow he said no so I told him I'm just gonna come out of my house late at night for something I had delivered too me and had too get my kids out the house for something so small and I'm upset when my girl ask too speak too the manager the first time she kept saying he can't help untill I got on the phone and spoke with him just know I was a loyal customer but I'm taking my money too another business until things can get corrected...
