Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Stillwater

Store had a line, but nothing put of the normal. Staff worked like a machine with little to no conversation/ acknowledgement of the people they are helping. The store was messy. Even the counter by the cash register. Im not sure how someone spills their burrito topping there and the staff doesn't immediately clean it up. The portions were smaller than normal unless this is a new thing. Had to ask repeatedly for more rice, more beans, more salsa. If not my bowl to go would have been half of the container they put it in. It seems like they are always out of guacamole. You'd think that would be something they would keep in stock since it is a money maker everytime it's ordered. As dirty as the store was it must not have started out with guacamole because the bin it's been in before was maybe the cleanest thing on the prep line. 1 burrito bowl cost me $22 and I didnt even get offered a receipt. Every time we go it just keeps getting worse. Regardless of who the server is they barely put anything in it even when we said that it’s going to not have all the toppings just a handful so we’d appreciate good amounts. Had to ask to put more rice, Barely had any beans, like 4 pieces (!) and didn’t ask if there was any more coming soon. Barely placed any meat! And then the meat quality is so poor, all fatty, we had to ask to add a little bit more in case he didn’t notice it was all fat, so he added a half spoon not serving spoon. And they just think it’s all okay that there’s hardly any food on the bowl. Filled it up with a lot of lettuce to make it look like it’s full. It’s like everyone there gets told to be stingy with everything but then charge the same amount. It’s going to be the last time, I thought it would be better but No, there’s way better resto and service...

This is a weird review to write. First of all, I love Chipotle. The food is usually excellent with high quality ingredients. This location is no different in that regard. However, this might be one of the consistently dirtiest restaurants I've ever been to. They don't seem to ever clean their dining room. I've looked in the prep area, and they seem to do a good job of cleaning that, and, like I said, the food is usually delicious (every once in a while the chips are stale). But, man... I've been there at all different times, and I've never seen anyone wiping down tables or sweeping. The tables usually have dried guac and beans crusted on them. Chip crumbs are everywhere. The floors are littered with crumbs and straw wrappers. My wife refuses to eat inside here... Again, big fans of the food. It would not hurt to put a little effort into the dining...
