Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Stockbridge Township

Ever since Hungry Howie's got their answering service, the service trys to charge us too much($33.??) for two medium pizzas with 1 item & cheese bread which is($19.??) Is always a big hassle. Today the woman didn't get the order right & we had to start over, kept us on hold for twelve minutes trying to reach a manager. She had a snippy attitude, told us she was giving us a direct line to the manager & no one answered. Then my husband gets a call back from the manager & the manager came up with yet a different price. We got it all taken care of in only 55 minutes. This establishment was to my knowledge bought out by new owners, and the experience was horrific. We used to order every week with no problems until now. Our orders were wrong, thrown together with carelessness, and the crust was burnt, the staff was mouthy. They fired their old staff/management and it shows in their customer service and food. The restaurant was filthy and the new staff was too busy on their phones to care about the customers then when addressed about your order was disrespectful (even with children present). Past couple times have screwed up our orders. Missing toppings, missing a salad, undercooked crust, ECT. Then they switched to where we are now out of the delivery area even though they have delivered to us for over the past 2 years without a problem. Said they only deliver up to 6miles from them and we are 8 miles according to them but according to Google maps gos and from what we have driven before we are just over 5 miles to them. It was convenient having them deliver as I am not able to drive due to a heart condition. Guess we will be switching on who we get our pizza from....
