Stopped by the other day to grab two Açaí Bowls. The young man that took my order was great he had short to medium dreads like in his hair. He had great customer service. But the young man that actually made my order needs to be trained a bit further. He had burgundy hair. He handed the bowls to me. Didn’t ask me if I needed a bag. After I asked for the bag, he sits the bag beside my order like you do it. I asked him if he could bag it. He asked me what bag do I want. I replied I’ll take any bag, so that I can get my order and go. He dreadfully placed them in the bags. After I got home I didn’t eat mine right away. I waited later. Midway through me eating it, I felt hair tangled in my mouth. I nearly threw up all over the place. Called yesterday for a manager. I won’t mention the persons name. But she asked if she could replace the bowl. But what was so sad and disappointing to me was, she never expressed an apology. Like I just had someone’s hair in my mouth from your food establishment. Don’t ever take that lately. I’m sure there is more hair in that same prep. Because the guy that made my order had short hair. So this hair came from whoever prepped. Read morePulled in the drive thru and ordered a 32oz smoothie with one car in front of me. It literally took 28 minutes until I finally pulled off. The lady in front of me ordered 3 32oz smoothies. When I got to the window and asked what is taking so long, they said they were busy. None of the blenders were in motion and ONE customer inside. I pay for my drink and now due to timing because they still don't have my drink ready, I go inside to get a coupon. They give me a 20oz coupon even though i ordered a 32oz. "Because they rang me up wrong and cashed me out to the lady behind me, a 20oz is what I paid for". They apparently cashed out the order for the lady behind me, which was a coworker. They lied to her saying I received my drink and had the audacity to ask her to pay for mine since they cashed mine out for hers. This was the worst customer service, extremely slow service, the emoloyees were cutting up, laughing, and moving in slow motion. I called and spoke to the manager. He was also rude and lied to me not knowing I work with the lady behind me and saw her immediately afterwards. I've been coming to this location since they opened....
Read moreOn November 30, I purchased an acai bowl from this location which had sour fruit. I called the store and was asked to bring the bowl back immediately, in which I did. I asked for a refund to my original payment (because why would I want another bowl with more sour fruit) and I was told by the assitant manager that they were not sure how to process refunds and that was a task handled by the director of operations, Kevin. I gave them my contact information to give to Kevin. I called a week later after not hearing anything and once again I was told that the director of operations would be contacting me. I even called again last Saturday (12/14/24), and was once again told that Kevin will reach out to me. It is now 12/19/24 and I still have heard nothing back. I am very concerned about how the director of operations has handled this situation (especially if he is the only one that can process refunds), and at this point I have not received my money back, almost a month later.
