I came here on the 1st and since then trying to get ahold of someone to either get the food i ordered replaced or anything has been an absolute nightmare.....first i went thru their drive thru and not only didnt get the burgers i ordered made correctly...but my combo didnt get fries....the person in the window gave me ketchup for burgers but no fries....whatever for i dont know...but the burgers were ordered with no tomatoes and pickles but still came with tomatoes anyways....the corporate site said they would ad the burgers and fries to my "rewards" portal....but never added anything so effectively i have not even gotten what i paid for almost a week later now....this whole corporation has stolen money from me and refuses to do anything to make it right....after contacting corporate over 5 times now and not getting a reply i am just leaving this review and warning yall to eat somewhere else as this place will not do anything to correct or replace food not given or made wrong....would leave 0 stars if i was able this is TRASH SERVICE and no way to treat your customers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Update** As of Feb 25th this happened again....where I put in a mobile order for a combo and a western bacon burger...only to get the burger from the combo left out entirely....2 separate visits in less than a month and yall CANT GET MY ORDER RIGHT!! so now i am stuck waiting again for customer service to MAYBE help out....took them over a week last time to get this resolved.....maybe i just need to use a different location from now on if yall cant complete orders...

Horrible service with rude staff. At the drive thru window the person taking our order had a rude tone in her voice right off the bat. At the window they asked if we wanted sauce and we asked for ketchup. They asked us to park in the front to wait for our food. When they brought it out there wasn’t any ketchup in the bag. So we asked for it again nicely and she brought out 3 packets for 2 orders of fries and a dry burger (asked for no mayo). I went up and knocked on the door (lobby closed still during corona) and was greeted rudely by a man I believe was a manager. I asked for more ketchup because 3 packets is not enough. He closed the door without saying anything and went and checked the monitor to see what we ordered and threw his hands up. What the heck? Brought out 3 more packets and I asked if I could get a reasonable amount. He stood there trying to argue with me about some measly ketchup packets. I said this is unacceptable and his response was “actually it is but okay.” Wow. I got a few more packets and left. It’s kind of comical how stingy they are with the ketchup. Imagine arguing with a paying customer for something as small as some ketchup! I will never return to...

Horrible ... food was bad... my burger looked like it was burnt .. it looked as if the person who made my burger just slugged the damn lettuce in there. Looked like a mountain was formed on one side of the damn thing. I was so irritated eating it, but I don't have the time to drive all the way back over there to get "new" food because I was already home and I was hungry anyways and I wanted something fast. I just didn't enjoy it like I thought I would every time I eat a burger... on top of it all my damn chicken on the thing is hard as a rock... could barely bite the thing... ... all you hear is the crunch and I can taste the burnt chicken.. my mistake coming here... I just wanted to try something different for a change... it's probably the workers that worked there this night. Jan. 08, 2016 .. so please be aware if you are hungry at this late hour... I would choose jack in the box right down the road... or mcdonald would be a better choice... I am personally going to in n out next time....just avoid this...
