GK Mongolian BBQ — Restaurant in Stockton

I ordered online and my order was suppose to be done by 1240. I show up at 1250 so when i get there i knee it would for sure be done. It wasn't even prepared then the woman at the cashier said it'll be a 10 min wait. So i waiyed 10 min and she said, oh ok so you're going to wait? I've been waiting, what do you mean? Then, i asked about their manager and she was ignoring me and then siad for me to leave her one so she can do her job. I didnt want her to make my food but she did anyway and i seen her picking scraps up off the counter and putting it into my bowl that is waiting to be cooked. Long story short i waited 20 minutes for my food whoch is a total of 30 min after is should have been done and i left out of their very disappointment and agitated for her poor customer service and uncleanness, she had no care that Covid Still exist and she made sure she put stuff from the counter into my food. I have liked this place for a few years now, but this last time my experience was not so good. I had filled my bowl about level and I grabbed another one to throw a few noodles in (I have done this every time before). I noticed everyone around me had their bowl heaped a few inches above their bowl, and making a big mess by not grabbing a second bowl. I did not give it much thought and went to get mine bbq'd. The cook rudely told there would be a $2 charge for the second bowl. I said that's cool. Then when it was time to go I asked for a to-go box. The waitresses said that since I had grabbed a second bowl that I would not be able to get one. What? There wasn't any sign about all this, and I did not take any more than others, I simply did not want to make a mess like others were doing. So far the best GK Mangolian BBQ I have Been to. Here is what I experienced: Food: Stations fully stocked up, clean all around. The cook Rathana did an amazing job at cooking my food and making sure the place was clean as he cooked.

Service: Phenomenal by Chloe, she was very attentive to my needs, checking up on me and my family as we ate making sure if we needed anything.

Inside Cleanliness: All tables, Floors, Food Stations were all very clean and ready for the dinner shift. MOST IMPORTANT - Bathrooms: SPOTLESS!!! It had toilet seat covers, Toilet was Pure White and toilet paper fully stocked and Floors were clean.
