Stoped by to grab 2 the protein coffees the coffee it self was made correctly. The girl at the window witch got bothered by my question then she grabbed the coffee from the top spilles it gets more botherd her tone voice changes instead of just whipping the cup down and putting a new lid on since she broke it. She hands me the cup with broken lid I ordered more than one coffee I am in the car by myself she did not put toppers on there or offer me a straw or anything the biggest issue is handing me the coffee with a broken lid and not putting new lid on it. Do not be botherd to do your job. The store needs to be cleaned the black build up that leads to the door to inside you can tell has never been washed. I've been to this location a few times and love it, but today was absolutely special! I was stopping by to pick up a 911 freeze to get that extra kick to finish off my day when I met Conner, an employee for this location. He started asking me about my day and why I needed an extra kick, and I told him about my job. I am a behavioral technician and I teach kids on the spectrum life skills and re-correct behavior so they can succeed in their future. As soon as I told Conner this, he lit up and told me that he has autism! We started talking about it more and how successful he is now, and it was such a beautiful interaction. First time going there and I was pleasantly surprised. Both of my younger grandkids ordered a milkshake. One chocolate and one strawberry. When we received our order, they had made one chocolate and one vanilla. When we pointed out the mistake, they apologized and quickly made a strawberry allowing us to keep the mistake without charging for it. My drink, a Perfect Pour was excellent. I'm glad that me first experience was very positive. They also had two employees out taking orders in the two drive up lines. This made for a very quick line.
