Unlike most Asian buffets that serve crab only on weekends, this place offers it even on weekdays. The rotating sushi setup is fun to watch and allows you to enjoy sushi right at the bar. It’s a great spot to enjoy a variety of dishes at a relatively affordable price. The cashier, likely the owner, kept a warm smile throughout. Though the interior feels a bit outdated, it’s clean. The food quality isn't top-tier, so I wouldn't recommend frequent visits—but overall, it’s a solid choice. Long version: Most Asian buffet restaurants usually serve crab only on weekends, but this place offers it even on weekdays, which is a big plus. They also have a rotating sushi setup similar to conveyor belt sushi, adding a fun visual experience. There's even a sushi bar connected to it where you can enjoy prepared sushi on the spot. With its relatively affordable price and wide variety of dishes, it’s a great place to dine casually and enjoy the experience. The cashier, who seemed to be the owner, was smiling the entire time, which added a welcoming touch. One downside is the somewhat outdated interior, though the space is kept clean. The food quality isn't the best, so I wouldn’t recommend coming here too often. Still, aside from that, everything else about the place was quite impressive.

08.28.22- they are now referred to as Sushi Villa Buffet. Open 7 days, Monday-Sunday. Lunch hours are 11am- 330pm, Dinner hours are 5pm-9pm, Friday & Saturday Dinner hours are 5pm-930pm. Lunch prices Monday-Saturday: $15.95, Dinner prices Monday-Saturday: $19.95. Kids prices for Lunch is $5 for 3 year old ,then add $1/per age thereon. Kids Dinner prices are $7 for 3 year old, then add $1/per age thereon. Kids 11 years and above are regular prices. Soft drinks are $1.95 with free refills. Seniors [60+] get 10% discount You can now dine in. Nothing different from pre- covid. The AYCE food items are the same and you have the sushi boat. If you're coming when it's just opening up for dinner, there could potentially be a long line that moves pretty quickly. Leaving the door open leads to flies coming in during the wait time, which makes it annoying to eat. The staff were very friendly and made rounds to collect the empty plates. Call ahead to order for pickup, much quicker. Usual wait time is about 20-25 minutes.

So they have cool boats with sushi on it however, it was old sushi. The rice texture, made me noticed that it had been there for a while. So then I tried 3 other ones believing that it was just that one, but nope they were all done with old rice. Now the Chinese buffet eating area is real small but they do have shrimp and small crabs. Beef with broccoli and chow mein is what I hot. And it tasted like any other fast food Chinese restaurant. Now theres a menu on the table which is part of the Buffet and was told at the end. Which is a menu of Sushi which can be freshly made to order. So that right there deserves a 5 star. So if you go just for sushi, its worth it if you order it from the menu for them to prepare. The Boat looks cute, but I wouldn’t eat off of it next time I go. I would go back just for the sushi.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolute Gem! Fresh, Delicious, and Fantastic Service! Sushi Villa Buffet is, without a doubt, the ultimate 5-star dining experience! I've been here multiple times, and the food is consistently fresh, delicious, and wonderfully prepared. It's my absolute go-to spot, and for good reason. Let's talk about the food, because it is truly the star of the show. I always have to start with a plate of their incredible mussels. They are served in a savory broth with bell peppers, onions, and slices of jalapeño that give it a perfect little kick. They even add a few black beans, which is a unique and delicious touch. After my mussels, I love to sample a little bit of everything from their hot food section. Some of my absolute favorites include their fantastic chow mein, the crispy crab cheese wontons, and the perfectly balanced sweet and sour pork. They also have wonderful rice options, from fluffy white steamed rice to their flavorful fried rice. You also have to try one of their three amazing soups. My personal favorite is the wonton soup, but they also offer a classic egg flower soup and a hot and sour soup. They are all delicious, and I love that they have fresh diced onions available to add a little extra flavor. The amazing food is matched by the wonderful service. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. They are always quick to clear empty plates from the table to keep the dining area clean and comfortable. I'm a bit particular about my drinks and prefer to make my own iced tea. I always order a hot tea with a cup of ice on the side. While they kindly let me know they have premade iced tea, they never hesitate to bring me exactly what I asked for, which I truly appreciate. The dining setup is great, offering both regular tables for groups and the option to sit at the sushi bar. The sushi is served on small wooden boats that float on water that is rotating counter clock-wise which is a fun and unique way to pick your selections. They’ve also recently added some new items like edamame tossed in a delicious dressing and some wonderfully sweet cucumbers that are so refreshing. This place is great for everyone, including families with kids, as they offer options like chicken nuggets and breaded shrimp. For a lighter touch, their fruit bar is always stocked with seasonal favorites like watermelon, honeydew, strawberries, and grapes, alongside jarred peaches and classic jello. And if you have room for dessert, don't miss out on the warm, soft steamed buns! They also offer hot oil, chili sauce and wasabi oh and ginger you'll find those within the fruit area A helpful tip for first-timers: there is a price difference for dining. It’s cheaper to eat from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. versus dining in the evening from 5 p.m. to closing, with the difference being about $10-$15 per person. I definitely recommend going in the morning; and it's much less congested as it tends to get busier with families in the evenings. I can't recommend Sushi Villa Buffet enough. The quality, variety, and service are consistently top-notch. And please, always remember to leave a tip for the hardworking staff! They...

I dined here today and was so disgusted and disappointed! DO NOT EAT HERE! I was eating at the sushi bar when I noticed a cockroach crawling in the inside of the metal walls where the floating boats of sushi go through. I watched it crawl in front of a sushi prepper who did not even car which alarms me and thinks they don't have the decency to put care and love into their work and the food they put out for people to eat. the roach crawls on the top of where they have a tip bucket. the roach literally was crawling in plane visible sight and none of the workers there cared or seem phased by it. this was during the day which leads me to believe they have a roach infestation on top of the people who work there don't care feeding patrons disgusting food where roaches have crawled on and contaminated the surfaces of where they prepare the sushi!!!! so disgusting! I immediately got up and paid and left. I will never return to this place and am so disappointed on the quality of this restaurant. This used to be a safe and sanitary location years ago. Now it's a complete disrespect to the people who go looking for some Asian cuisine being fed contaminated food and roaches crawling around the restaurant during the day. I am going to be filing a report to the CDPH (California Department of Public Health). This is just not right, and I am dead serious, please do not eat here if you don't want to risk being sick or catching any diseases cockroaches carry and spread...
