Kosmos Burgers — Restaurant in Stockton

Ordered the double bacon burger, an order of fries and a vanilla milkshake. The burger was pretty terrible, I could easily tell the meat patties were frozen because they had an odd taste to them. The bacon was also thick and grisly. The fries were also pretty bad, they were crinkle cut and also obviously frozen and had a grainy texture in the inside. The only thing that was decent was the milkshake but they gave me a regular sized straw with my milkshake which made it really difficult to drink it through the thin straw. By the end of my milkshake I was just left with ice and no liquid. I only came here because my mother and aunt used to come here more than 25 years ago but I guess the quality has gone down substantially. The burgers were also pricey for what they were, for the price of a burger i could get a double double and fries from in n out. I will not be coming back, would rather eat from McDonalds or another...

The star is ONLY FOR THE STEAK SANDWICH.. OTHER than that, SERVICE NO STARS The older man was rude he did not greet nor say anything to us except the price. I ordered a SUPREME hot dog, 2 lg fries, 2 lg drinks and a steak sandwich and paid 37.00. The pic shows the hot dog BUT I had 2 bring it back, asking where is the lettuce and tomato. The cook lady said it was a supreme and i read to her what it says its supposed to come with. She starting mumblin and sayin it was 1.00 extra.. she gave it to the older man, i said thank u ..and again no response. Just a mean look. STILL NO TOMATO. Im done complaining 2 them. The drinks were 22 oz size cups? I ordered a large!! I order from them but had no problem when it was the younger guys.. no offense but this visit was not pleasant. I been comin here over 20 years. Been going there since i was a child now 34 years old everytime i go the okd man I call Mr Krabs is always giving me a hard time with prices making up his own prices when clearly they are on the menu. This last time i went 8/22/24 a lady took my order and the steak sandwich was really messy like they threw my bad on the ground u would think 20 dollars for a steak sandwich and fries u would get some type of excitement which I didnt get I no longer want to support Kosmos as it been a Stockton legeng in foods the hospitality is not there and the customer service please do better also I message them on IG...
