Today yet again another terrible day at this Dunkin now they oven is down for 20 mins, when the same 3 kids work the oven stays down 3 times last week the oven is down and today it’s down, you have employees at this restaurant constantly still in Tom from the Dunkin franchise or from the Dunkin corporate and it will be sent in this week. You send out the worst DoorDash orders you send out the worst orders through the drive-through. You can’t even read a screen and make a coffee and send it out the door and make it look right every time we go through the drive-through The oven isn’t working it’s three times last week and today on Memorial Day that the oven isn’t working. I have never went through a Dunkin’ Donuts and been told that I cannot order food because the oven is not working but at this Dunkin three times this week and now four times including memorial day the oven is down For somebody who spends hundreds of dollars with Dunkin a month. I have Dunkin every day but this location is a JOKE, AND THESE PPL ARE JUST STEALING TIME AND RIDING THE CLOCK, most of the times the restaurant is dirty on the inside. All the kids have their friends hanging out on the inside. The friends come before the guest and get free food, free drink drinks walked out the door as we’re standing there paying for trash and having to wait for them to order on their friends leave the counter to go deliver it to their friends car outside. I’ve stood there and seen it myself and I’m tired of it. I am tired of shopping at this Dunkin. I am tired of spending my money there and I am tired of a bunch of kids just riding in a clock so just know this week my main objective is to get the main people in that store and round up and get some real new workers because they are running that franchise into the ground on...
Read moreThe SLOWWWWWWEST Service ever! I really hate writing negative reviews however I think sometimes owners and managers need to know what’s going on in their establishments. I only gave 2stars because the manager was very very nice. The (clearly) young girl taking my order at the drive-through could not have been listening, as she asked me what I was having- 2lattes & 2muffins. She proceeded to ask at least 4more times! Apparently only adding 1 item at a time &then asking for the next item. I pulled fwd and a few feet from the intercom, THEN she asked "these a cold right?" I had already told her TWICE that the drinks were hot. Plus it’s the dead of winter.... The person at the window was very nice and was clearly either the owner or a manager. Then, the girl who took my order through the drive-through handed me my first drink after sitting by the window for at least 6minutes in park..no exaggeration! Now I am at about 9 minutes from starting at the drive-through. I receive my 2muffins. Now I'm watching the girl who took my order make other stuff. I'm thinking she’s making my drink, which was a cold drink. I asked "is that my drink", she looked at me puzzled and said "no." Read moreThis is the worst experience I've ever had and that's a lot coming from me because I have been a restaurant manager for over 10 years. When placing my order I could not see the ingredients listing on the drive through board because the font was too small. I asked what was in the egg white bowl. She failed to say spinach, which I cannot eat. Instead of driving back through, I got out my car to replace it for the alternative breakfast bowl. Apparently, the cook in the back woke up on the wrong side of bed because when I requested to replace it, she rudely said "She can't read? It's on the board" She was loud and rude. I let it go, as I was just trying to get my breakfast, but as I was leaving. The same rude cook in the back starts yelling about how I ate some of the original breakfast bowl, which is not true. So I responded and told her how rude and unprofessional she was. She does not deserve to be employed in anything position related to customer service. And why she took it so personal I have no clue but I will NEVER be purchasing anything from this location ever again. The rest of the staff just stood around and acted like that was normal behavior.
