Dunkin' — Restaurant in Stow

My daughter and I went through the drive thru mind you in a great mood ordered avocado toast with extra bacon came with none no big deal! I went into the counter and the young lady was beyond rude!!! She said since the food was taken outside of the building she would cut it up and I could fix it myself! Once again no big deal had she not acted like it was such a big deal it would not have been. So I then discover I order a bagel with cream cheese on the side this time I sent my daughter in and she explained to the same person what had happened she asked her what she is supposed to do about it and then handed it back to my daughter with a knife and said you can scrape it off and handed here a side of cream cheese to fix it ourselves! It’s only natural to make mistakes but what was an issue was when the lady behind the counter said I’m going to crash out which means loose it on a customer! Worst customer experience that I have witnessed! Speaking to the person behind the counter you are not entitled you have a job which you should be proud of don’t forget your attitude can make or break the so many people who enjoy going to Dunkin...

Visited store at 6:45 am on a Saturday. One customer in the drive thru and myself in the store. Robert K. the service member assisting me this day informed me they are not permitted to accept any bills larger than a $20. (My order was $26.47 and I had a $50 on me). Not a big deal. I politely informed him I would not longer visit Dunkin due to this policy (I believe in 2019 it is absurd to not accept a cash payment because of a denomination of a bill when my change would have been $23.53). I took my 3 dozen donuts and went back to work. Upon opening the boxes, there was conveniently a single donut missing from each box. I called immediately, a few times with no answer. I will never step foot in a Dunkin again. Besides Stow-Nuts is right next door and much better. I'll just have to wait until they open at 7 to get my donuts,...

I go to this location very often. I usually have a pleasant experience except when one specific employee is working the window. An older/ middle aged light skin woman. This woman is very very rude. On one experience I was handed my drink and told “have a good day” and I reminded her I had a sandwich as well and she had a rude attitude towards me and said “well if you’d be patient you’d know I was grabbing it for you” and had a very demanding tone and expression. She then slammed the window shut. Today, she was rude to my husband and said “you could pull a little closer to the window next time man” and was not at all in a light hearted manor.
