have had Jersey Mikes several times and wanted my husband to try it. We were in the area so awe stopped at this location. I ordered a cold sub and he ordered a chicken parm. My sub came out great. His came out less than desirable. Upon trying it he didn't care for it at all. It tastes awful with no flavor. I tried it as well and it was one of the worst chicken parms either of us had ever had. He went to the register and asked if he could get it replaced for something different. The woman he spoke to said yes and asked him what he wanted. He requested a philly cheese steak. She then threw the chicken parm away and asked her manager to make a philly cheese steak for him. The manager told the counter person that the total will be $7.25. We were very confused as the counter person said he could get a replacement. The manager then stated "just because you don't like the chicken parm doesn't mean that you get a free sub out of it". I told her that we are not wanting a free sub we were just requesting a replacement and now that the counter person had thrown away the chicken parm, my husband has NO sub. She yelled across the dining area "I can make you another chicken parm but I'm not giving you a free sub". We were utterly astonished. She was willing to use product to make a sub that he did not want, but unwilling to make a sub that he DID want, because she considered it a "free" sub. My husband then said "let's go" and walked towards the door. The entire crew of workers stared at us as we walked out and as I got into my car. It was EXTREMELY embarrassing. We have never been so unwelcome at a place of business as we were at this location.
I have visited your other locations and this was my husbands first experience. It was utterly terrible and because she decided we wanted a "free" sub, we will not be returning.
While we understand there was nothing "wrong" with the sub other than my husband didn't care for it, the initial woman agreed to replace it. She also threw it away BECAUSE she was going to replace it. As I said, I always have visited your other locations and recommended my husband try it, but we will never return.

Read moreOnly ate at this location 1 time after a neighbor suggested it and how good it was...Well this is my experience: I went in there last week and the 1st thing I noticed was all the employees were hanging out in the back and didn't realize I was there.. then they came flying out and acted like they were in some important meeting...the young girl who I personally felt sorry for said she was new and welcomed me to Jersey Mikes..so after we ate our food I went to wash my hands in the men's bathroom. They had no soap and the bathroom looked dirty...(remember this is where the employees are washing there hands as well) so I asked for a manager to let them know...they said he was off and wouldn't not be in for the next few days. I called 2 days later and Courtney answered the phone and said he was not in and was very rude on the phone...She didn't care what anybody had to say and just hung-up so being totally shocked we decided to write this bad review because they also go to corporate. Spend 14 dollars somewhere else where they appreciate...
Read moreI've been here twice now. I got the same thing twice and it was the same both times. I was very satisfied with the taste of my subs and the service of the staff. Seems a bit pricey though. The restaurant was clean. I'll be going back.
Update four months later. I'm pretty sure the subs got smaller. Still taste good but the value is clashing with the size.

I've ordered online twice so far. The first time I get in there and they were still making my sub. No biggie I guess. The second time I go in there the guy asked me it it was an online order. I said yes. He grabs the ticket from the machine. Which they have not even started on. And he said oh I still have 5 minutes will get it. He said it with a bit of an attitude. Would they even started if I showed up later? think I'm done with Mike's. I didn't need the attitude. I'm in the service industry as will.
