The Den — Restaurant in Stowe

If you are looking for a Disney-like experience, you'll need to ski over to the other side of the street. This place is about as throwback as throwback gets. Old school wood walls, floors, bars and chairs. Empty in the morning, packed when the lifts close (at which time it can get pretty ripe in here). In Stowe for a conference, getting some skiing time in too. Stopped at The Den for some lunch and tasty local beers. The place did not disappoint. Hubby had great beers.
