Nino's Pizzarama (Strasburg) — Restaurant in Strasburg

We always order as a group from work and they hook it up. If I order from home its skimpy. Since the owners daughter has taken over its gone downhill. Food made sloppy and when I called to let them know my pizza had all slid over to one side they said they would send another (not the first time its happened) when they showed up they wanted the old one that I had already given away, and would not give us the new one they had showed up with n left and accused us of trying to get a free pizza. We as a whole have put alot of money into Anthonys especially myself. After that experience I will no longer order from there including my coworkers being that is the new way they will be conducting buisness. It took my boss to call up there and explain the situation for the daughter to bring the same new pizza personally. She did the right thing, but the ordeal itself and accused of lying was end of our Anthonys ordering. We order from other pizza places...

I always order on the app and have it delivered to my house. Food always comes in a good amount of time, is always delicious, and the delivery drivers are always so sweet. I’m sick with the flu and haven’t really eaten all week and decided to have some food from one of my fave places. I left a note to leave my food outside by my door because I have the flu and when I went out to get it, the driver went out of their way to put their window down and tell me they hope I feel better. Ordered 2 pizzas tonight girl that took my order repeated it back to me how I ordered it we get the pizza and it's not what I ordered. I called back was told by same girl that took order that it wasn't wrote down that way she acted like she could care less and then I said well if I bring this back to you can you make it how I ordered it she was like yeah but gotta pay for it to be that way. I don't mind paying for good food but there customer service sucked they could care less about customer satisfaction also the pizza was barely warm and they are less then a mile from where we are staying!!!...
