So very upset.... placed my order at 9 something in the morning via the internet because my babys school was having a pizza party that I was hosting. Noticed I made an error on the address so called location to correct. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. Finally after about 7 calls I get someone but by this time my tracker says the order is complete.... so now I'm beyond frustrated because with the contact less delivery I am concerned the food is sitting outside the wrong place. Get ahold of someone that says the tracker is wrong my delivery has not been made yet.... gave him the correct address and he says he will call driver to let them know of the error. Waited 10 mkns called back 4 times.... finally answered the phone and he says he spoke with driver he will be calling me. Never got call... called school pizza still wasn't there. Called location 10 times no answer. School finally got delivery but the frustration of all of this due to no one picking up the phone.... I will never use this...

When the associate picked up the call they didn’t even identify who they were or the business name. They hung up on me. Called back spoke to someone else and they said that the order was just leaving now. Waited an additional half hour. No pizza. Called the restaurant again. Who ever picked up the phone again didn’t identify themself or the institution. Called and cancelled the order after an hour and half from when I placed the original order. Said it was cancelled. 10 minutes later it gets delivered and I sent it back. I live 10 minutes from dominos. Even with other orders it shouldn’t take an hour from the time the tracker said it was delivered to get to me. Very disappointed. This is why I order from small businesses. Read moreThe food that was picked up was barely edible-the pizza was not cut completely, the dough was peeling apart and the crust was not present, the cheesy bread was not very cheesy, slightly burned and had not enough garlic oil, the wings were cold. however we had a party of people and everyone dug in immediately and only half the food remained by the time everyone was upset. We returned to the store to request a refund for the horrid. Substandard quality of food that was given, no refund was offered, only a discount on a subsequent purchase of 50%. This is unacceptable and as someone who has worked with dominos for over a year, i know well that we offer our customers a refund if they are not satisfied.
