Hewa Japanese Restaurant — Restaurant in Stratford

Updated to say that Hewa knocked it out of the park AGAIN, and they still to this day have never made a single mistake with an order. Tonight's sushi was quite possibly the best ever, and the fact that this plave only has 4 stars literally makes me mad. BEST restaurant ever. Period.

Hewa is our favorite restaurant, period. We don't order out often, but when we do, this is it. I have recommended Hewa to so many people and even placed large orders at work, and they have never steered us wrong. They have never so much as gotten a single part of the order wrong. Hewa is the restaurant where my love for sushi started. It is a great value with a wide variety and is a staple dinner option at my house. However after eating sushi from several other restaurants I have to unfortunately say, it is not the best. Don't get me wrong it's still really good and sometimes I just need a good heeling of Hewa, but it's the variety that allows Hewav to excel not necessarily the quality. I just had a delivery sent to my home a large order shrimp with lobster sauce. I told the girl to make sure that the sauce is thick. The sauce was extremely watery, and NO Favor AT ALL!!! It was terrible. I also ordered egg drop soup, and again watery, and no favor. The seafood delight is less than mediocre. I just wasted $40.00 on this watery nonfavored mess! I tried to call back but they didn't answer it was 5 minutes till closing. I'm very disappointed. I will never order from this...
