Ordered pizza, specialty chicken, pasta and an order of Cinnasticks for pick up today, to take to a gathering. When I went to pick up--they only had 4 items ready. The cashier said it was the Cinnasticks missing but I found out if was the chicken--sheesh. No bueno.
The cashier yelled for the staff behind her to cook an order of chicken quickly, and then told me it would be a 10-minute wait. I didn't have 10 additional minutes to wait. I also didn't have the patience for a place that screws up my order, inconveniences me and then offers no compensation in the form of a discount or future discount. I asked to have the chicken removed from the order, paid, and left.
The whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth (pun intended, because the pizza wasn't good, either). I've had bad experiences at other restaurants, but a savvy manager willing to step in and offer compensation fixed the issue.

Today, is my wife's birthday and all she wanted was some pizza from dominoes so I asked her to order what she wanted, we chose curve side pick up. When I get there, I let then know I'm outside. They never brought the food outside and have a coupon saying they owe us a pizza. Ut when I showed them they acted like they didn't know what it was for and then proceeded to tell me I have to redeem online. When I went inside to pick up I didn't realize they gave me the wrong order until I was almost home. When I went back, I told them I got the wrong order and they told me they had given my order to someone else and didn't offer an apology or some kind of discount for the inconvenience. They even kept the pizza I brought back. Picking up my order was no issue however while I was waiting for the rest of my order to be finished employee Travis was 1) not wearing his mask while making my order and others that night. 2) He had expressed verbally he was a frustrated with people putting in orders 3) this employee was throwing everything around, yelling at his coworkers, and cursing the whole time I was waiting. Not only was that completely inappropriate to do in front of a customer but I was honestly a little scared that he was going to get even more out of control. He never told me my order was ready so I sat there longer than I would’ve liked.
