To make it natural rather than a neon world that never worked for anyone but the selfishly self-righteous ones who want to be Alpha. Well Omega to that world and new world, no devil here. Just great people and peace and freedom for all in the world. They go the extra mile each day at this location. This is the place that raised the bar to 10 stars. Corporate needs to learn customer service from these fine individuals who love to help others. Wow. What a great way to start the best thing to create a new world you have to be the change. Revised, and reduced, my star rating for this location. Each time that I've ordered from here I've been told that they are out of a particular item, or that it's just not available, mostly food items, just to be clear. At first, I thought, "okay it's a new location, give them a chance", but it's been long enough. The last order I placed, using the app, was the worst. The app indicated that they had what I wanted, and took my order (and my money). When I got to the store, however, I was told, they were out of the items. This was the 5th time this happened. It's either very poor planning or ordering on their part, or just really bad service. I say this because this happens late at night when I'm getting off of work and trying to get something to take back to the house with me. I've experienced this before at another location but that happened once in 3 years. It still might be newbie related so I might revisit in a month or so. For now, this location is off my list. I'd give it 0 stars if I could! Ordered one of their dragon fruit lemonades right?! ALL ICE WITH A SPLASH OF WATERED DOWN LEMONADE AND 3 PIECES OF CHOPPED DRAGONFRUIT! DIDNT EVEN TURN A LITTLE BIT PINK FROM THE FRUIT!. By the way, I asked for NO ICE! I send the drink back to get something different and low and behold! I GET THE WRONG DRINK! The guy at the window was rude from the start, got pissed when we inconvenienced him on the first try because my friend had a free drink and he had to void the order to get the correct total. Got worse when I sent back the drink! Then I sent the second drink back when it was wrong as well! He started to argue with us and that's when the manager stepped in! Told the guy to go home and not to come back until the guy could check his attitude at the door! Gotta Love it! Needless to say, the manager was the only reason I would even consider going back! I did eventually get the right drink after sitting there for over 30 minutes of wasted time. What ever happened to service with a smile?! So...
