Green Door Pub — Restaurant in Stratton

Was in the area for a Spartan race and wanted to find a good place to watch NFL football on Sunday, the Green Door Pub was definitely fit the bill having NFL Sunday Ticket. However there seemed to be a lot of false advertising going on. We started upstairs at Mulligan's and saw in their menu that Long Trails Ales were $3 and free wings (5-7 PM) during Sunday NFL games. Yet when we went down stairs there were no free wings (we were down there during the time frame) and we ordered 4-5 long trails and a bucket of wings ($12.99) and the bill came out to be $49 and change. In addition the sign out front advertised that a bucket of wings were $10.99 which was contrary to all the signs in the actual bar. Outside of all this the wings were delicious and the atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for but probably won't ever be back despite the Spartan weekend being an annual...

We love this bar so it pains me to give only a 3 star rating but the bottom line is their tap beers are now $10.50 each - getting ridiculous to be honest and the bathroom is literally falling apart... ceiling has been leaking since last season. They don't fix it and there is water everywhere. It is so gross!!!! They need to put a little money back into it during this shoulder season. The bathroom alone is a major hazard at this time. On the good side.... we still love the bar and look forward to going every time we go to Stratton. Always have a good bartender and the vibe is great. I get a beer now a days is like $8 or so at a bar but $10.50 for a pint... come on guys. Get that sorted. We left after one beer this trip and headed to the other bars in...

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this restaurant. The service was incredibly slow, with my food taking hours to arrive. What made things worse was seeing other customers walk in after me, order their meals, and receive their food while I was still waiting. It’s clear that they don't prioritize their customers. If you're looking for timely service, this is definitely not the place to go."
