Room 368. Our room ended up going through Vacasa, so I'm not sure if this will apply to all rooms. Superficially its a cute and cozy spot with a good layout and easy 5min walk to the lifts, but the management company only does a cursory job with no attention to detail. ||Moldy shower curtain||My husband was convinced that someone had been sleeping by the mess of the duvet and bed skirt, but the flat sheet tucked in tight showed someone had made it. ||Everything in the kitchen is in the wrong place. I had to wash the black out of the pans before I could use them (took my 15 seconds, not hard). ||The baseboard in the bathroom is tile, and there is a thick layer of black greasy dust that hasn't been washed in ages. Shower head has no pressure. ||Fireplace didn't work||Several knobs on the dresser are stripped and pull right off. ||Very poor communication. It would be helpful to know which building our room is in, so we park near the correct elevator. There is nothing in the room to explain the layout of the building, the presence and location of the ski lockers, hot tub, pool, etc. ||We knew there would be no hot tub bc of COVID, but if the small one we saw was it, there is no way its adequate for this huge building. ||*Very loud next to the road.    Read moreSecond time staying here. |We definitely won’t stay again. |Rooms are tired and outdated. |Because each unit is individually owned there is some pretty weird decorations. |Check in with Princess was good. |But when I inquired about a 12 o’clock check out the other girl at the front desk was quite rude. |I actually thought the check out was 12. As we were booked for 5 nights at over $2200. I didn’t expect such attitude. |In the end we only stayed the one night as stratton announced @8pm that night they were now closed. |We just checked in at 4:30. |I am actually also disappointed about the email notification on Friday at 5pm stating due to covid-19 they would relax cancellations. But calling to inquire was impossible due to business hours closed at 5. |If I had known we would have been fully refunded we would not have wasted 16 hours return drive. |When went to front desk @ 8:10 to inquire about canceling and leaving they said we could stay as long as we wanted with no charge. |The next morning my husband and I were leaving but my granddaughters were upset and didn’t want to have to have another day of driving. So we told them we would stay one more night and was told no. |We had to check out....
