808 Shave Ice — Restaurant in Strongsville

Terrible service, denied someone with a disability a CUP, the three girl workers were immature, lazy, inconsiderate & ignorant. I work in retail EVERYDAY & I WOULD NEVVVVVERRR act the way they did LITERALLY LAUGHED AT MY CHILD. I offered to pay full price of a drink for an empty CUP, I offered to use my own CUP. I contacted corporate and they blamed me and defended the immature children they have working there. Ope let me add in my husband went up to the window to make sure I was not misunderstanding them denying a CUP to a disabled child the manager Justin helped him out gave my son a free drink that he tried to pay for over and over but your audio and video will show you that. The video will also show your employees and how they like to treat a disabled child that literally just got out of the hospital and asked for your shaved ice, not denying he loves it there even have photos of him with his shaved ice FROM HERE IN A CUP !! Shaved ice 7/10 service 0/10. Unprofessional if you ask me. And they will tell you you're wrong about every 😆 jokes on them lol Edit: I'll remove the photo for privacy of my child but he indeed had a cup...

My family LOVES this place!! It's a wee bit more than going to DQ but you get a TON of shaved ice. It's completely worth it. And delicious! You can go crazy with flavors or just get one. And you can get ice cream in the bottom (my favorite) or sweetened condensed milk on it which is nice. My husband's and my favorite is Tiger Blood. It's like coconut strawberry or something? And my other is the honeydew melon. It would be an awesome place to take kids for a party! There's outside seating with a wee bit inside. They don't have high chairs and I don't think they have a changing table either in the bathroom. But that's not usually an issue b/c you're not there...

Tasted just like the snow cones in Oahu Hawaii baby. Make sure you are not contending with the fakers who use pebble round crunchy ice balls tryna pass it off as a snow cone. If you live in Northeastern Ohio you know the difference. These babies at 808 are authentic and the price is fair for the amount you receive. I would never get a large again for one person it was too much to slurp and eat. Don't forget the straw. We are all different but I would say the depth is maybe a size DD breast/bra cup size. Keep it to measure later...
