Mr. Hero — Restaurant in Strongsville

Normally I have no complaints when we get food from here. Usually it's fresh, hot, and service is quick even when it's busy. That was not the case this evening. I ordered online and had a little shopping to do so I timed it out to where I could grab what I needed from the store, grab our kids food and be there on time for my curbside pick up, which again, even when busy they're typically fast. I got there 2 to 3 minutes early and called to let them know I was there, they said it wasn't done and it'd be a few minutes. Fifteen minutes later, after seeing multiple people going in and out getting food, mine finally came out. I get home (only maybe 3 mins drive) and the food warmth was at the level of something that's been sitting on a food warmer. The fries were soggy and chewy which is very repulsive, the sandwich tasted good, I mean it's a Roman burger so how could it not be, but it was more on the luke warm side, the cheese sauce was piping hot though so that was good. Honestly, I'd have been less upset if they'd have said it'll be a few minutes but it'll take even longer to be brought out because I'd have walked my happy butt in there with a smile on my face and picked it up so that it was still hot and the fries...

I usually don't write bad reviews, but this place was pretty terrible. First, they got my order wrong -- no biggie. I caught it before they started making it. Instead of just changing my order, they had to add on an extra charge to compensate the extra size (went from a regular to a large). I guess that's understandable, even though it was their fault.

After waiting for our food for awhile (didn't seem too busy though). We found a seat in the mall and began eating. I have never had Mr hero before, and I actually liked the classic romanburger although it was a but greasy. I bought food for my fiance and I with a side of mozzerlla sticks. Was $20 for all the food so it was a little expensive, but we were extremely disappointed in the size of the food. Both of our subs were not filling at all, especially hers (chipotle chicken I think). In the end, we spent a lot of money on not a lot of food. I hope it's better at...

Anytime you eat at.a fast food restaurant, you already know about the food really. You go there because you like it. So what you really rate is the location, specifically. Is the food prepared right, fast, it's hot and fresh when you get it, and are the people nice. Well at this location, you get all of that, plus the nicest restaurant owner around. Rima Patel makes it a point to be friendly and happy and make your day better by preparing fresh, hot, YUMMY food for you that you don't have to cook yourself.
