Arby's — Restaurant in Strongsville

Well hello this goes out to who is who whoever's in charge the owner just want to say what a nice experience I had at the strongswell store in Strongsville Ohio I decided to try your new hot hot a sandwich it was awesome I did not flinch I didn't agree with no water for 4 minutes I had to grab some water so I don't choke on the food itself what a beautiful sandwich and awesome staff you have here very very clean place too. I enjoyed my experiences today over here and I will be back and it's nice that you guys remodel and here.looks really nice I'm glad you guys kept the low chairs for the people .here or so they're in here so I'll get that new sandwich today definitely a straight 10.that new Diablo was simply amazing.store 6206 in strongsvillle ...

Ordered a Cheddar Chicken Ranch. Got ...a bun, with 2 chicken tenders and a little squirt of ranch in the middle. I took it back to the counter and told them there was no cheddar on my sandwich. The girl said, oh we are out of cheddar. I'm sorry we forgot. Another girl took my initial order. It would have been REALLY nice to know they didn't have cheddar slices when I placed my order. Then the girl that first took my order said they have swiss when I asked if the had "any cheese" ...she took my bun with 2 chicken tenders in the back and put a cold piece of Swiss on it, didn't bother heating it up or even ask if I would like something else....

I HAD to come leave a 5 star review!!!! We stopped by at 10:30 last night after a long road trip. To my surprise it was the BEST Arby's experience I've had since childhood to be honest! It was fast, Bryan the cashier was SO friendly AND the food was actually super fresh and super hot. I was SO impressed that I just had to leave a review! Like, seriously, I don't know the last time I got fast food that fresh. I really appreciate when people do their jobs right. My receipt says Bryan was my cashier. Thanks guys! Keep up the good...
