2 Things on a couple of the reviews, MERCHANT COPY means, NOT for YOU! Really customer is you so that's your copy. Second, the fact that you had a concern is silly based on a long support for these 2 locations (A Slice Above/ Office Lounge). If you really had a concern, you can easily ask that the tip be applied right away, and a receipt showing that can easily be given. The copies for merchant aren't just sent somewhere to be added and YOU write in the amount and sign it anyways. These business have been good to people and to me as well. I even ran a karaoke show there for about a year a while back and left on neutral terms and still have nothing to say bad. I loved Kat, she was the best. Why trash a place and look stupid doing it requesting paperwork that's not intended for you rather than take a diplomatic approach? Honestly, I have no idea who Judy is, but if there's an issue... say so and let the business handle it the best way possible. Nobody has ever claimed the bartenders take tips that they weren't given voluntarily. The Office Lounge and A Slice Above are two very good places for unique food and great atmosphere and they should be credited with such!!...
