I had three times bad experience with this place. We were excited to see burger king at our location but all the times we went there with mobile order or drive in order, they took all day and messed up something which we discovered after coming to home. Missing out cheese in ur burgers is one of them. They are not fast food center, they took more time than many dining restaurants to serve. In my last order, we did order for spicy chicken, and believe me, we waited in drive in line and then i come inside the restaurant, they were kind of out of chicken patty and we were lucky that we got our order after a wait time of 40 to 45 mins. After going home, i did not find the cheese, and the burgers spicy. When i came back to return the same, they gave me hot sauce which they forgot to put into the burger and also extra cheese which they normally forget. So you see, basically we got our drive in order after 40-45 mins without cheese and hot sauce, and i definitely eat cold frozen burger since i had to visit the store to collect the cheese and hot sauce. Everytime, wait time is a serious issue here and u never know what they are going to miss in ur order....

I arrived one morning around four or five o'clock and placed an order through the mobile app. When I got to the Burger King drive-thru, the staff informed me that my mobile order was not showing up on their end and that it would take an additional five to ten minutes for it to appear. They assured me that they would then prepare my order promptly.
I waited in the drive-thru line for an extra ten minutes, and since I was the only customer there at that time, it felt quite frustrating. After that wait, they still informed me that my order had not come through. They suggested that I could wait for the manager to arrive, who would help resolve the issue or process a refund since they were unable to complete my order.
I continued to wait for an additional five minutes, hoping the manager would show up, but he did not arrive on time for his shift. After nearly twenty minutes of waiting without any resolution, I decided to leave, having already paid for my order in advance. Read moreIt’s you want to be treated like a piece of garbage go to this restaurant #28513. I had to deal with the manager, Carlene. She could not have been any less professional. She rang my order inaccurately and then when I asked for a refund she proceeded to blame me and became combative. On top of that she allowed another store employee to laugh in a ridiculing fashion. If I had his name he would be included in this review. Finally, another employee stepped in and apologized and handled my refund. I used to visit this store weekly and was always treated courteously. I am so taken aback and appalled by the way that I was treated that I don’t think that I will visit another BK anytime soon. Chick-fil-a employees have class, so I’ll spend the extra time and money and support their business. Total boycott mode. PS… I have only left a few Google reviews, but I can’t let this one slide.
