Visiting Cleveland as a Pittsburgh Steelers fan and wanted to get to a sports bar to watch the game. Went to closest suggested by hotel desk and only the Browns game Knowing it was on CBS for large parts of the country was surprised. Actually called two more joints recommended as good for a game. No luck, but last bar told me the only joint carrying full slate of NFL games was Buffalo Wild Wings (she called it BWW). Sure enough when I called they had it (guess the NFL charges too much for locsl joints to do anything but local teams). Got to BWW and it had a good crowd and indeed at least 20 large screen TVs with every game Of course sound was just the Browns but that is acceptable. What was shocking (and even had my wife and I call the manager was that the lady seating folk (though we walked up to an empty table under the Steelets game and asked to be seated here actually refused thay request and maarcjed us to a table in the midst of Browns fans. We consideted leaving but asked for a manager who said sit rigjt doen at our original request, apolohized, and said staff would be better trained. It was bad enough if a polite we aren't allowed to seat over there with an explanation was offered but the stafg was downright RUDE. Strange given what they want to be After that things got better (and the Steelers won). Our young waiter gentleman was a gem. Probably biggest issue was food well before drinks (but as when we asked about a menu special his saying he is too young to know and domeone else bringing over the beer and marquirita, all was clear and service was clear and concise. As we told the manager excellent stiff for staff dedpite lousy greeter. Food is simple, badic bsr food but eell done and plentiful. Crowd was even fun to talk to.as other gsmes wpund down (the Browns, of cpurse, losing). Guess if one needs to catch an out of local broadcast game when in Cleveland, it is quite enjoyable to catch it at Buffalo Wild Wings.

Came in around 9pm on a Sunday night. A little late but they were open until 11pm. We were sat near the bar at a table. The bartender (Jessica) was our server and she was awesome! She was nice, funny and was very attentive. Those are the kind of staff you need!!!!!! We ordered hatch queso and chips. It was really good. We ordered 15 boneless wings. We split sauces with hot bbq and bourbon bbq. The hot bbq was bomb but the bourbon bbq had a weird taste. You could tell the wings would probably left over and sat for awhile. They were kind of cold and a little hard. I get its late for a Sunday night but being open for another two hours you should make someone's wings fresh...... If we do come back, hopefully we have Jessica as our server again !!!!

JC, how long do you have to wait for the wings? An hour, then it's effffin cold when it's out to our table? The wings must have been on the shelves for more than 20 minutes for it to get cold from the fryer. She told us that the mac and cheese is being made. Guess what, it's cold too when it's out to our table. I also ordered celery and blue cheese, never seen it and I didn't bother to reorder it from her. This chain is really going downhill since their inception decades ago. Wings are tiny. I remember when they first opened it was huge. How can the mac and cheese get cold so quickly coming out from the kitchen? Seriously, if you care about customers and your own survival, please train your pp better before your chain will be out of business.

So disappointed in the service I recieved last night... unusually busy due to a pay preview fight, but was seated with 5 mins of entering , and within 10 mins the waitress who explained that she was in overtime and had been there since 12 pm because 2 others had called off, actually took our orders... was very impressed and then it went down hill... we sat for an hr and 15 mins waiting on our food without asking the waitress where it was because it was busy... finally she came back approx 1140 pm and said , " the kitchen is still going to make your food , but they can't find your ticket and I need to resubmit." There was no apology or explanation (tickets are sent via computer so no paper ticket to lose) ... she retook our order and put it back into the computer. We waited another half hour before the food came out from the kitchen and this time , it was wrong... simple stuff like cheese on a burger for my granddaughter who doesn't like cheese or fries for my mom instead of the wedges she ordered... we had to ask the manager who brought the food out for our ranch cups for our fries and when he brought that out , we had to ask for the mustard that wasn't placed on my daughter's burger... manager never brought the mustard and kept looking over at us as he cleaned tables... we were not offered any discounts for our delay in food or loss of the order ... there was no apology or anything. We did not make a stink about it because typically we are understanding and a simple apology would have been good but neither the waitress or the manager offered anything.... we were 2 hrs from home and just wanted to eat and go home... I hope this location can get their act together as it seemed to be a good place... like I said just a simple apology for clearing the ticket and having to redo it would...

Long story short, go anywhere else. Pricey, slow service, and disappointing. There's plenty of other, better sports bars to go to.

Its been a long time since I felt the urge to write a review, but wow, this is just sad.

Lets start with the first two issues; SERVER and WAIT TIME. The place was half empty so its not like they were too busy. Our server, while polite, was near absent from the room. I'm not expecting them to be there 24/7, but I only saw them at the beginning, when I got food, and the bill; practically nonexistent. Like, I dont wanna be to mean, but they just came off as very lazy. I guess I cant blame them though since they also have nothing to do but wait on the kitchen. An hour and 20 min is a long time for a six wings and smash burgers.

Also want to note we got our food around the same time a family that was waiting for only 20 min. Dont know if thats the server or the kitchens fault, but come on.

Speaking of food lets talk PRICE and QUALITY. Pricing is a bit ridiculous. Six wings is almost 10$. I can get 10 wings for 10$ elsewhere. As for the wings, they were cooked okay, but the honey bbq was bland; not worth the price. Burger was around 11$ which is fair for a double cheese burger. The smash burgers were also just okay, nothing I would write home about. Again though, an hour and 20 mins for smash burgers?

Overall, just find a little sports bar and go there. You have a better chance of finding good food and service there then...
