Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Stroud

18 July 2020 @ 9:07 P.M. We were in stroud visiting my mother in the hospital, she had just been transferred there, and had not eaten and wanted Sonic. so we drive to sonic and order, the order on my screen and receipt were correct. When I get back to the hospital, and the order is incorrect. So we go back to sonic, and they fix the incorrect food. We get back to the hospital and her drink is not right, so I called them, the young girl on the phone then tells me that she doesn't think I ordered that. I told her I did and its on my receipt correctly. She then proceeds to tell me to come back again, I tell them I am not coming back again, so she passes me to another employee, who then tells me the same thing, and I tell them I am not coming back for a third time. So they pass me again now to a Manager, who makes me repeat everything again, and then tells me to just come back. Who wants to go to sonic 2 or 3 times for them to get an order right, who wants to eat cold food after making 3 trips. So I tell them I do not want to come back and the Manger...

Drive thru order of vehicle in front of me was messed up. Item returned thru window. Person added on to the order. After 10 minutes in drive thru waiting on my ice cream order (melted by now) girl working at window brought my order out to me. I ask the girl just to have the vehicle pull forward and let the rest of the vehicles in line get their orders and leave. I ask again if the vehicle in front could move forward and they could bring the order out to them. 3 vehicles drove off and behind me they got their drinks and took off. I was then able to get out myself with my melted ice cream product. Where is a responsible manager during all of this. I know where, at the desk playing on the phone. Very very unsatisfactory way to run a business. No wonder this Sonic in Stroud is a 1 star place. Ms. C. Earley (GM) you need control and training...

Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. Toilet paper all over the floor, malfunctioning faucet, smelly, and worst of all, NO HAND SOAP! Completely empty soap dispenser after pumping it many times. An employee exited the bathroom immediately before I went it- so I know that there was at least 1 employee on September 28th 2022 that went back to work after not washing their hands. Hand sanitizer doesn’t cut it when you’re working with food. Who knows how long they’ve been without hand soap in the bathroom. You can see the kitchen while waiting outside the bathroom, and it looked disorganized and grungy. Never a good sign, especially when the bathroom is so close to the kitchen with no barrier.
